I have had 3 different rentals with problems in the 2 weeks my own car has been out of commission. One left a 6 inch oil stain in my driveway after sitting there for 45 minutes, another had a slow leak in one of the tires and the third one wouldn't start the morning after I got it home. I wound up having to get an Uber to work and was late because of it. Needless to say I am a very unhappy customer.

They are always super helpful. I've had to extend my rental several times several times due to the body shop taking way longer than they promised, and the employees at Hertz always make it easy.

tried to rent a car at this location. A worker by the name Audrey was very rude and disrespectful towards me. She told me I didn't look like I even had enough money to own a car, let alone rent one. very sad experience. This is why i only use Enterprise..... dont waste your time here.

Shamar is by far the rudest individual you could ever speak to on the phone not only speak so fast you cannot understand the man but then he actually hangs up on you and is the most disrespectful person and a horrible representation of this company. I will take my business elsewhere. The only two locations I’ve ever had any type of good experience would be the Boulder location and the Longmont location and that was only when Karen was working every time she’s been out of the office it’s been the worst experience ever.

Thank you to Srimann for his friendly, fast, and helpful customer service after going through a not great experience with Enterprise thus switching to Hertz. I had an insurance claim and reservation that he handled quickly and showed much more competency than the other.

This place is a joke. Booked a reservation, then the day about 4 hours before my reservation they called me and said they had no more vehicles because Denver Intl took them all that morning. When I asked what they were going to do to fix the issue, Shamar specifically told me “nothing. We can put you on a waitlist.” I asked them if a reservation means anything, they said no.

I recommend these guys! While my car was being repaired, I rented a car here for three days! Special thanks to Karen, who is attentive to details and, most importantly, does her job well!) Everything was simple and clear!) Thank you guys!) ??

I booked quickly and easily online. Showed up a few minutes early and was greeted excitedly and received my very clean and smooth running suv quickly. Will use again if needed!

With a different rental company, we had many hours of customer service issues. With Hertz in Longmont, Karen took wonderful, excellent care of us. Hertz has a new customer from now on! Thank you!

I asked the staff for a kid safe, economical vehicle, with room for a wheel chair. They offered me a great deal on a Toyota Sierra Hybrid Electric Minivan. When I picked my kids up, they loved it & my son said, "This car is like a stress relief!". If you need a rental, tell them what you want and need! They made an excellent suggestion for our family! I drove it for a week and only used 1/4 tank of gas and electric charges itself. This vehicle was spotless, like new, and although it had a nail in the tire, they immediately emailed me a voucher to get it fixed nearby without cost. Thank you!

Don't rent from Hertz. I reserved a car and when I arrived to pick it up, the place was locked down. I understand things happen but you this is a business and they should have at the very minimum given customers some notice that they'd be closed and wouldn't be able to get a car. But I got none of this and had to scramble last minute to find a car somewhere else at last-minute prices. At the holiday especially that's not good.

I rented a car for the weekend to visit my daughter. I found out there was no Uber in town to take me to the Hertz lot so the manager brought the car to me at the hotel. Then when she saw my daughter was handicapped, she upgraded us to an SUV. Then when I left she returned to get the vehicle at the hotel all at no charge. She went far beyond my expectations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment. Would give it ten stars if I could!
