I'm giving this store 5-Stars because of Thomas (sorry if I miss spelled your name, haven't actually met you "Tow-mas")! Hands down, the nicest gentlemen I have had the pleasure of doing business at any Homedepot store. Called in because my order was wrong and should have been scheduled for both items to be delivered. Thomas took my information, verified my call back, and then called me back with options to get the other half of my order delivered. You just don't find people that seem to want to help you anymore, and especially at Homedepot. I've had nightmare experiences getting things delivered on time, let alone to my other address in Texas. Thomas went above and beyond to verify the issue, address it, and follow up! Just when we all thought, 'they don't build 'em like they use too', mentality with this day in age in the young workforce. This young man clearly is from a time long ago! Needless to say, he has instilled a little faith in HD that I have all but lost! Thanks Thomas, I hope to put a face to a name someday when I place my next order!! Cheers!

My husband & I went to the Longmont store after visiting several other stores in the area for an unplanned replacement kitchen refrigerator. We were greeted by a young lady that connected us with Stephen in appliances, Stephen was amazing . We had a conference call going as we did not have measurements but knew what we wanted, Stephen took over 2 hours to find exactly what we needed & was able to work a wonderful deal for us. Thank you Stephen for your excellent service !!

Asked for help trying to buy a power drill; employee sold me an impact driver.
They take the box up to checkout so I didn't get to see it until back in my car.
I'm pretty sure there is literally one task a hardware store should get right and this is it.

Frustrating Order Experience at Home Depot.com - Manager Unhelpful
I'm writing this review to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Home Depot.com. I placed an order for a specific item twice, but both times encountered issues. Unfortunately, the manager Maria I spoke with was not helpful in resolving the problem and said to reorder the product or go to Lowe's.

Home Depot is always helpful and welcoming. A great place to find whatever you need for any home projects, crafts, remodeling. Wood, concrete, metal, nuts and bolts what don't they have.... Oh yeah, all the tools are here.
