I have gone to this location the past 4-5 years...The last 2 years, the experience has been negative...I can see that the person helping me is struggling to process my taxes, then my return was checked by another associate and errors were found...I expect to be audited by the IRS...

Absolutely horrendous service. The H&R Block apps on android are completely broken on Android12 and totally unusable. After much struggles trying to upload my many documents via the (also broken) website the tax guy I was assigned to is not responding - I have zero faith that my return will be prepared and filed before the deadline.
