This location was amazing! I walked in and had the fortunate chance to catch Luke before he was leaving for work! I had some questions about taxes and even though it was the end of the day, he chose to stay and help me out. He was patient, explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood it. Luke is amazing and you will learn so much from him!!!

We went to get our simple taxes done. Since we just got married, we wanted help to do it the right way. We ended up going 3 different times and never having our taxes done. It ate up huge chunks of personal time and work time for nothing. In addition, they were not actually able to do the taxes. They continued to make another appointment and would say they needed to do research. They also ignored us at the front desk every time. So each appointment I had to watch them take a walk in before me after my appointment should have started.The bottom line is, the tax "pros" could not do average taxes and were rude and dismissive when asked questions. In the time that it took them to reschedule us and "do research" which wasn't ever done, we learned how to do everything ourselves. Marie, the main employee we dealt with was rude, condescending, and completely under-qualified.
Finally, when we went to collect our paperwork, Marie was aggressive and condescending. She told us we were wrong and that she thought she might have figured it out. We were terrified that this disaster of an employee got even close to our personal info. I am sure they are using google to figure out your taxes.

So I have been with H&R Block a good chunk of my teenage years and never experienced what I am this year so what got me was they told me before I did my taxes this year my state would need to be in a paper check this time the irs picked a handful of people to receive it that way or what not for whatever reason that was fine, so here I am taxes accepted said my check was sent out on the 5th still no check no update except yesterday I had someone reach out and send me a pdf through email I had looked at it and everything was wrong about it from the name down to the amount all the way down to the ssn even said that his amount was direct deposited they even sent the last 4 of the bank account so I believe there leaking info and am afraid the same person I received there info has mine as well very unprofessional this year 110% I had called them about it and they said they were wanting me to look into the phone number on the form not the info.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Taxes have been getting worked on for more than a month and then rejected when sent in. Still can’t get ahold of anyone.

Poor service this year, very disappointed. Push them out and make that money seems to be the goal, rather than customer service. Find a smaller branch or someone else next year. Way over priced for tax prep.
