I would advise going anywhere else but here! Patricia filed taxes AFTER I told her I had more w2s to file and see if she could access them as well as had some questions. She completely ignored that and filed anyway in which she didn't tell me she did. Kept my w2s I did have, then I went to get them as I finally recieved the ones I was waiting for and ended up going to another tax agent who had jonissue doing them , but because she was negligent and did NOT listen to me that I did not want to file just wanted to see if she by chance had access to them because I didn't have much luch with my employer, she filed anyways. So now it git all messed up and lost money because of her messing up, and I can NOT even get a supervisor to return my call!! Horrible place I would NOT EVER go here. Have done them here numerous years and never had an issue. I am not the only one this happened to either. A few of my coworkers had the same type of experience. Beware if you do go here. They are HORRIBLE. Can never get ahold of anyone always on hold or they don't even know if that person works here.... ridiculous and beyond beyond dissatisfied!!! I'd give no stars at all if I could!

Three days ago I set a appointment for today at 6pm and after he sits us down he says he can't do are taxes until July, what a waist of or time, very disappointed and now have to find a tax person with 6 days until deadline.THANKS FOR NOTHING H&R BLOCK
