0 stars. Turbotax for sure next year. Mainquarters Customer service made an appt for me Friday at noon the week before taxes were due. (After 2 other appointment mess ups at another location)I got a call Thursday afternoon, day before(1:07pm female if that helps) from the location stating, “we cannot get you in. They made a mistake. We can do it over the phone though. Send your documents to this link I’ll send in a text and someone will reach out Friday or SUNDAY.”Sunday came, still no call at 430pm. I called. Someone picked up and mentioned they’re closed but picked up anyways to see who it was.They inform me they have NO idea who I am as no one was informed and to call back Monday or come in to get it fixed. Well I work so I can’t come in to an office. Plus you all tell me you can’t fit me in? And you want me to just walk in somewhere? I’ll be kicked out for sure. I can only call and no one can do anything for me over the phone anyways.Meanwhile, I sent my documents with ALL my legal info to a link they sent, now no one can track them down?! Just my social security floating around in space. So now No one’s calling to help do my taxes. It’s the last day and everyone’s booked. Thanks HR block employee.Entire company needs better communication and programs to keep track. Why tf can customer service make appts that don’t even exist?! Can’t imagine how many were screwed over this year with that issue.I wasn’t doing them late on purpose. I had issues viewing my 1099 from DoorDash and it wasn’t fixed until the last week possible. literally all I need help with is getting that 1099 and someone told me what document to find.. but literally can not find it unless I come in and pay $80.. but I can’t since no one has time after I was pushed to the curb.

Told a bunch of different things every time. From when I “did” my taxes to closing them out took 2 weeks, then it’s another 21 days from those two weeks. Coulda just done turbo tax and been done like a month earlier. Totally ruined a bunch of my plans and messed up my organization of my money. Just do turbo tax

I am not sure what else to do. Nobody knows where my Stimulus check is. It was deposited into my account from H&R Block that was used last year. I had to get a new card and everything was supposed to be deposited onto the new card the money was deposited April 15th into the account. And it's the 19th now and I still have no money on my card. And nobody knows where it is or has any useful information. I'm just extremely stressed about this whole situation

I loved Stacey and gave her 5 ☆. I wish we didn't have to pay such high prices to file though. We never walk out without paying a minimum of $500 just in H&R Block fees :(
