I have been banking here for about 6 years now as I gave up Independant back for Key because they really care about me and my banking. Here it is the forth of July and because they have a depository with my ATM card I made my deposit without and trouble to cover a check I had just written to my Landlord!

This is the worse bank i ever see in the world.
My moom opened a new count whit key bank and for some reason the account can no longer be open, so they close mooms account and 4 months later she haven’t recive her founds, the employees looks like don’t really care about it and they keep saying they can not do anything

Horrible bank! Cashed a settlement check into my account the lady said as soon as it clears I can come get cash etc it cleared the next day and the branch manger wouldn’t let me get cash out for a purchase I already had a meeting setup for. Don’t bank here
