They will constantly put you on hold for several mins… until you think someone picks up, but nope! They just transferred your call elsewhere in the store. I told upper management (I believe her name was Diane), about this issue- as they received my refill request this morning & it is in stock, but they will not pick up the phone for me w/o transferring me to a different dept. I’ve spent 30+ mins this afternoon just trying to contact the pharmacy bc I need my meds today?!! The day I always refill.

This is by far the best pharmacy in town. I switched to them from Walgreens about a year ago and it was the best decision that I have made in terms of pharmacies. The manager Brian is genuinely a good man, who will always go above and beyond to make sure that you not only have exactly what you need, but are also properly informed and educated on all of your pharmaceutical needs every single time and without fail, and you can expect the same from the entire staff too. The only issue that I have found, is that they're such a great staff and in such high demand, that sometimes they are literally just too busy to answer their phone, while keeping up with their physical customers needs who are there in line patiently waiting their turn, but that is not their fault, nor does it negate their top tier customer service in any way, so please don't take it personally, and trust when I say that when it's your turn to be served, that they will go above and beyond for you every single time. Thank you all so much for being so great to me each and every time that I come in, and know that you are extremely appreciated even more than you know. You all deserve a raise and I'm sorry that you all have to work so hard to keep up with all of your loyal customers needs. Thanks again, and God bless you all.

I absolutely love the pharmacists here. They know me by name and are always so pleasant and helpful. I feel very comfortable with them. He even went out of his way for me this evening to call me and tell me he’s keeping an eye out on my prescription. I really appreciated that.

Sadly the worst pharmacy I've been to. Considering how often I travel and move for work, this is saying a lot. I've been going to this pharmacy for about 6 months now and I simply can't find a single redeeming feature. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day (I've tried a variety), they never answer the phone, they're always rude no matter who you are, they make the biggest deal about any question someone asks, and the time it takes for them to do anything... I keep hoping it's just a specific group of employees, but it's every single time I call or go in - they're like this with everyone. Once, I even saw them treat an elderly person, who clearly needed their inhaler refilled, with the 3rd degree for no reason! This poor person had to wait forever while struggling to breathe as the whole staff just kept acting annoyed they had to work. I couldn't believe the cruelty! The people here have no empathy whatsoever. Every question is answered with an over the top audible sigh... And I mean every question, no matter who you are or how you ask. Today I was on hold for over 30 minutes and the person who answered acted like I was the biggest nuisance, it was like pulling teeth to get her to answer a single question. I get that folks are busy, I don't mind waiting, but wow what an attitude. After my next refill, I'll be transferring all my prescriptions to a farther pharmacy. It just isn't worth the stress, time, or constant witness of cruelty. Like, wow, as if medical issues weren't stressful enough - this place really takes the prize for negligence!

We are over the top PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF PROFFESSIONAL QAULITY YOUR PHARMICIST MR.ABHI PROVIDED my husband.
People take for granted that multiple doctors can prescribe meds without always checking previous prescriptions compatibility.. 2 days ago my husband saw a general practitioner who prescribed a medicine that could have caused a lot of agony for my husband ,or worse..
Mr Abhi immediately called the doctor and spoke to me at length informing of the danger crossing that new script into his daily regiment. All I can say is we think the world of Mr Abhi.. and I wanted to THANK HIM SO MUCH..HE IS A ROCK STAR ..

Great staff. My doctor had messed up the instructions on my prescription, but by the time I came to pick it up, the pharmacist was already on the phone with them fixing it. I had to wait all of five minutes. Do you know how hard it is to get ahold of specialists after 4 PM??

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years. Their customer service has just been getting worse, their staff is just been getting ruder. When you call now the automatically just put you on hold without even talking to you. Which can last for up to 35 minutes. So don't bother calling just to go in. I hope you have time. But good news there's almost never a line but if there is I hope you have time to wait 15 minutes.

Racism live and well at this King Soopers. my Wife and I went there to purchase items for dinner. When I rang up the beer in the self checkout the clerk immediately hesitated and wanted to see both my Wife and my id. I presented my id but my Wife did not bring her ID. So we could not buy the beer. We are both in our 50's and Hispanic. I bet I know why we were not allowed to purchase the beer.

While in line over the holiday weekend, I overheard the pharmacist on the phone with an irate customer. Based on the conversation I inferred that the customer was very upset that their prescription was too expensive (~$120) for their friend/family member to pick up for them. The pharmacist searched for coupons to decrease the cost for the customer and calmly explained that the delivery service only operates on the weekdays. The pharmacist then explained that he would be off at 6 and would personally deliver it to the customer to ensure they received their prescription on time. Being a healthcare worker myself, I can tell you this is the pinnacle of customer service and a rarity it todays world. To the pharmacist, your good deed does not go unnoticed! 10/10 recommend.

That pharmacist is a j**** No professionalism, compassion.$40+ an hour to treat everyone he serves like they’re coming to him for heroin all day? No thanks.Shop elsewhere. This entire store ain’t it.

I was very pleased when I had Nate M. helping me check out in line, and how he helped try to give me an appropriate sale price on TY beanie babies! Great deal right now for $5.99!I wasn't able to get it right then because I was having trouble paying for my food but a kind couple paid a dollar for me (bless them), I was so embarrassedBut I was so happy to have all this fancy food on clearance that you normally wouldn't find anywhere which were not going to expire for months!Great store! Great employees! great customer service! Pharmacy is busy and very helpful if you call! And they have security which makes a women like myself feel better especially when they are kind to the shoppers and not following ppl around.can't wait to go back for flower sales!Happy Holidays Ya'll
