I stopped in the other night when I was feeling stressed. It was really nice to browse around peacefully. The store is always clean and sometimes very calm during the week. I also found a hat I've been looking for, as well as a couple other cool clothing items. The associates I spoke with were very friendly. Linda helped me check out and gave me some kohl's cash. Kohl's is a nice escape.

Came in one night and had a pleasant experience, both of the cashiers I saw spoke to me and made sure I was doing okay. Natalie rang me up and was very friendly and noticed I was second in line so she opened her register for me! Much appreciated. Made me feel seen and not just another customer out the door.

I feel bad for the store employees. It seems from my late night shopping sprees they have the older employees working and closing. While the younger kids with more energy working during the days. They need more cashiers too. The employees are amazing, kind and friendly, but management is lacking simple basic skills that would benefit the whole company, including the retirees.

I don't know if all kohls are like this now but they used to have a great jewelry department and now it's horrible! I'll never go to Kohl's to look for jewelry again

The cashier, Karen, was very kind and helpful. She made shopping at Kohls a pleasure, even at the height of Holiday shopping. The value for dollar spent was excellent.
