I share similar experience as the other posted so I doubt this helps improve customer service. One lady, by herself.. waiting 30 minutes from my appt time to have her try twice and be like well you can come back another day! LabCorp needs to do a better job staffing the area and train their phlebotomists.

The phlebotomist was alone with no other staff available to help, so I wanted to start by giving her credit-why no other helpers??? She sent me into the freezing cubby hole. My veins were already quite a mess from being in the hospital a few days prior, and I told her this, I also told her that I have small veins and I am a hard stick. She didn't do anything to try to prep my veins. She went in with the largest needles that I've seen in a long time. She did it with no prep and without telling me ahead of time, causing me to jump. I am a brave person, and usually, no blood draws bother me. This woman was so cold-hearted. She jabbed me, and she was fishing for a vein with each stick. I told her that heat often helps, and she ignored me. After the 5th jab, she rudely told me to go somewhere else. She was so unfriendly and she seemed to be in a hurry the whole time. I left in tears. It was so unpleasant. After already having a terrible experience in the emergency room and on the hospital floor with being jabbed about 14 times, having this woman do it so aggressively, it made me feel traumatized. I went to my doctor's office the next day and the phlebotomist/lab tech treated me with such loving kindness and empathy, and even though she wasn't able to get my blood either, just the difference in how she treated me made the world of difference. I returned to my doctor's office today, and she was able to get my blood just fine. I will never return to that Labcorp location in the Commonspirit Hospital.

I work for a medical office with LabCorp inside of it. The tech that we have is amazing! But.. the management is absolutely terrible! The current manager doesn't do her job and we don't get coverage if our tech has to take a day off. She comes and takes supplies that we need and then doesn't replenish when needed. She is not a phlebotomist herself and should not be in the position that she's in.
LabCorp also makes lots of mistakes with labs so we have to draw extra just to make sure that they run all o of the testing ordered.

Quick, polite, and almost painless. This location has plenty of parking and accepts walk-ins.

Over booked and under staffed. This place is a disaster, ask your doctor for a different lab. You'll be happy you did.

They were great, they answered all my questions, they got all the samples and tests done, and done correctly, and all while being very kind and polite.
None of this could be said for the Boulder labcop. Just go here instead.

The worst. They botch the tests! Comes back as "TNP" and I have to go back in and do blood draws all over again. This has happened to me MULTIPLE TIMES over the last year. Takes over a week for results... vs 2 days with Quest. And Quest doesn't lose my blood! During my last visit their computer system was down and they couldn't get a hold of their IT people, so I couldn't even check in! They are great at wasting your time.

Waited 30 minutes before even seeing a human who works here. I had an appointment for 40 minutes ago, but still waiting. There are currently 9 others waiting.

They do not honor appointments, instead taking walk-ins, so people with appointments waited more than an hour.

Wonderful phlebotomists. I am a fainter when I get my blood taken and they were patient and kind to me, making the experience better.

I arrived 20 minutes before 5 pm - lights were closed and signs were posted CLOSED. Do not advertise hours till 5pm on the website.

Had a great experience. David was compassionate, very gentle (I never felt the needle), and very positive and cheerful. Easy to schedule an a appointment and didn’t have to wait at all.
