Super helpful service. We arrived with a water damaged laptop and an old super slow one. Paul was honest about what the damaged one would take and didn't try to upsell us on expensive repairs. And then Paul made excellent recommendations to get the old super slow laptop working great again. Highly recommend!

My desktop is several years old and I use PhotoShop and other fairly intensive programs. I took my computer in to Paul to get an analysis of what I might want to upgrade. Paul did an analysis and came to the conclusion that my computer was still in very good shape. He recommended I come back in a couple years for another look. He did NOT try to upsell me on anything, and he ran a few scans to make sure my programs, registries etc were up to date and that no malware was present.

For some mysterious reason, Google Chrome crashed on my laptop yesterday, and nothing I tried fixed it. It wouldn't even uninstall! It was like a tick in my system, not letting go! I looked online and found Longmont Computer, read the reviews, and called. Paul, the owner spent time with me until he had to leave, working with his remote program to see my laptop and work with it. He'd never seen a program hang on like this before, and neither had I. So, we called it a night, and today resumed. He researched this morning and found something else to try, and it worked. Hurray! He also checked a few more minor issues with me and was very fair with my charges. I highly recommend Paul and Longmont Computer, and will recommend him to others. So glad I have a new "computer guy!"

I just have to say, Paul, the owner, is a lifesaver. Yesterday, suddenly, Google Chrome crashed on my Windows laptop. I tried everything I found online first to fix, then to try and uninstall it. Nothing worked. So, I looked online and found Longmont Computer with great reviews, and called. Paul had a few minutes to work with me, thinking it would be an easy fix. Nope! Chrome would NOT uninstall with various methods. It was like a tick that wouldn't let go! We finally gave up for the day so he could do more research this morning. He found one more thing to try, and it worked today. He was always professional, and helpful. This was a remote session. I have a new computer person! I highly recommend Paul and Longmont Computer!

I recently purchased a new laptop and wanted my files transferred and the old one totally erased. I called Paul at Longmont Computer and he did all that and more. He finished quickly and was very patient answering all of our questions. When we ran into a problem with our printer a couple of weeks later, he came to the house and fixed the problem. I would definitely call him for any situation with our computers and would highly recommend his company.

Absolutely excellent service at an outstanding cost! Paul was amazingly courteous and professional. My desktop was stuck in a loop trying to update without success. I was rarely able to even boot it to the desktop. I tried everything I could possibly think of with online tips to no avail. Paul had it for a few days and was able to rectify the issue. As he said, it was a puzzle for him but not only was he able to fix the issue, my computer is blazing fast now as he cleaned up all of the drives, removed the pesky malware, and removed anything unnecessary. I will absolutely be back to his business and would highly recommend him to anybody that is in need of computer repair. I cannot thank him enough!

Thank you, Thank you! Paul completely fixed my laptop issues. Runs as fast or faster than it did when it was brand new! He did it very quickly, under budget, and very professionally. Even upgraded all the things I didn't know should be upgraded. I now have my computer guy...for when I successfully screw it all up again within a few years. Thank you, sir. Will send anyone and everyone to see you if they have computer problems. 100% Recommend!

Paul was great, very knowledgeable. Communicated every step of the way. Quoted me a price to repair my laptop, ran into an unforeseen issue with my OS, repaired that as well while sticking to his original quoted price. I absolutely give Paul my highest recommendation.

I really enjoy getting Longmont Computer News! It is well written and contains computer-maintenance info that I can use. For example, the info about Window 11 eventually replacing Windows 10 gave me a “heads up” up about the future of that software.
