We bought a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator earlier this year and after four months it stopped cooling the food and would only work intermittently. We had to throw away a lot of expensive food. Neither Lowe's nor Samsung would help us with this lemon. After fighting with Lowes and Samsung for a few weeks, and no results, we lost about $2K in all and had to buy a new Bosch refrigerator with extended coverage. If you insist on a Samsung, make sure to get the extended warranty or you will lose thousands of dollars.
Update: I called the number you gave below, and nobody answered. Figures

Lowe’s Kitchen Nightmare: 8 Months of Mistakes & an Insulting Offer
What should’ve been a quick kitchen install turned into an 8-month disaster thanks to Lowe’s incompetence. From incorrect measurements to endless reorders, we spent months washing dishes in my bathtub while waiting for fixes—all while I’m a quadrapalegic in a wheelchair. My caregivers already have enough on their plates without the extra burden of a nonfunctional kitchen.
After all this chaos, Lowe’s offered me just $2,257—about $12.60 per day for my distress. And to top it off, accepting would mean signing an NDA requiring me to track down everyone I sent photos to and make them destroy the evidence as well as never talking about or writing about my kitchen experience again. I believe this is corporate greed at its finest—protecting their reputation instead of doing the right thing.
Lowe’s needs to do better. Share if you agree!

Note: I would have given no stars but they won't let you post

If you are going to botch a kitchen install and offer to compensate the home owner for 8 months of incompetence at least provide reasonable compensation.

Customer service was great. A young man Aiden, helped me out to my car, and loaded everything for me. Very respectful.

Order garage door in mid December -> installation delayed to March! They'll call you from an 888 number and give lip service. But it's 100% all talk. They won't actually do anything to make it right.

I originally had given this Lowe's one star, because of constant issues. Recently, I realized that every single one of the issues that I've had have been due to their third party delivery service, OneRail.
So I'm upping my stars to three stars to reflect the specific location. However, I would advise that you should under no circumstance order delivery from Lowe's. The delivery drivers from OneRail are so incredibly incompetent. Clearly they are gig workers who have decided to be gig workers because they can't keep a job at McDonald's. They will just decide not to deliver your products, or drop them off in a random location and say they were delivered. Oh, and when they decide not to deliver they don't bring the products back to the store. Absolutely insane.
The store was diligent to help me resolve the most recent issue that I had, so I will still continue to shop at the store but only with curbside pickup. Lowe's really needs to rethink their partnership with OneRail. When a business parties with a third party, they are still responsible for the service and this makes Lowe's look really really bad.
The reason the local store has only three stars is because it's so difficult to find someone to assist you- ever. Even if you see someone and you try to grab their attention as they walk by, they will intentionally ignore you. I don't know is the issue is the associates or if morale is low because they're working on a skeleton crew, but I've just gotten to the point where I know I'm not going to get to get help and I prepare for it. If you need help finding items, I suggest connecting to the Wi-Fi and just using the website to find the aisle location.
Update: I tried shipping delivery instead. They use FedEx. FedEx marked it as delivered with no photo. It was not delivered. I have cameras and I work from home. I will never attempt any delivery from Lowe's again.

Horrible services! We will no longer shop at Lowe's. We purchased a tree topper that must have been a returned item that Lowe's restocked since the part that clips to the tree was broken making it unusable as a tree topper. Our tree is 25' and the top is hidden behind a truss and can only be seen from the second story so it was okay to go without a topper this year since this item was already out of stock when I checked online. Ideally, we would have liked to exchange our broken one for a new one. Since Lowe's is a bit of a drive, I toss the tree topper in my car to return the next time I was in the area. When I tried to return it I was told they do not accept holiday returns after the holiday. I asked to speak to the manager since it was a defective part sold to us. He sounded like a broken record and just repeated it's their policy. He didn't bother to look at the item nor did he look up our account for our past return history. Getting stuck paying for a broken item they restocked is pretty bad in my book. We left behind the items we were going to purchase that day and made a special trip to purchase them elsewhere.

This is possibly the worst Lowe’s store. I’m tired of purchasing returned and used items. They don’t care. Bought a faucet November 2024 that was clearly used, scale build up and a date code from 2019. Shop elsewhere, Lowe’s doesn’t deserve your business.

I came to Lowe's to return some things. The staff and the supervisor have terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place. They treat you like anything. They are not polite. They do not listen. If a supervisor looks at my comment, I would like them to contact me or change it. staff or educate your employees.
Thank you
