Don't go here, Lowe's in Longmont has the worst, disrespectful staff I have ever seen, They do not honor return policies. There inventory especially lumber is horrible. There management is the same, I guess it all flows down hill....Lazy, slothful at best...

Great store. Love Lowes. I was shopping in the garden center today. They have everything lawn and garden and more.

Don't bother applying here for a job they lead you on and then decide to drop you out of the blue. It's obvious they accept resumes then schedule an interview without even looking at the resume in the first place.

We to Lowe’s in Longmont CO, with a gift card purchased from King Soopers. The card was still in its original packaging. It failed to work Loews claied it showed $0 balance, even though the Lowe’s cashier was the one who uncovered the security code. Called the manager he was arrogant and unhelpful. Lowe’s received money for this card. I consider this thief by Lowe’s. Beware of Loews gift cards the don’t honor them. They have found yet another way to take advantage of their customers. Lowe’s is plan and simple dishonest

Bought dishwasher from this location. Had delivery window 10a-2:30p. The delivery didn't happen until 3:30pm. Installed said dishwasher and it and through a cycle. Thought all was good. Tried washing dishes 1/3/24 and noticed the detergent capsule didn't get used properly. After some trouble shooting, the dishwasher is defective and the water jets are not working. After messing around with customer service for 2+ hours, finally someone tells me I need to contact the local Lowe's. I tell the local associate what is going on and their first response to me is, "Well, it is passed 48 hours so there is nothing we can do for you." Technically it hasn't been 48 hours since I received the unit AND this is how you want to treat a customer on a brand new appliance? Thought Lowe's was better than this? Isn't that why they charge more for the same item by comparison? Because you're supposedly dealing with a better experience?

No cashiers to help customers only self checkout lines. Lowe’s employees walking around with no purpose but they won’t open up a check out lane. Bad customer service experience

I had a great experience at this store two days in a row. Several associates helped me buy a grill and they were all so helpful. Shel at checkout gave me a truck kit for my son, and he loved it so much he slept with it! I came back today for an online pickup order and it was so easy and convenient!

Always a good experience here. People are friendly. I always find what I need quickly. Close to my house. They offer a nice veterans discount if you register yourself on the app.

I don't know when Lowe's is going to get their act together. Their inventory and pricing system is the worst I've experienced as for large stores! There are people that are trying to do their best. Like Ray that helped me the other day, and advocated on my behalf on some LED candelabra lights. However, the manager that tried to resolve their awful pricing and inventory system was less than helpful and rude. It it had been the Home Depot, the manager would've taken the blame and resolved the matted in favor of the customer! But this lady told me that she was afraid of getting fired if she uses her discretion. Wow! I also felt very uncomfortable by the way she was treating her employees in front of me -- the customer! Most of the employees looked tired and exhausted. "I've given-up" was written all over their faces. I keep hoping they'll turn around. But after about five plus years of seeing the same inconsistencies, awful inventory system and burnt-out employees, I too am starting to lose hope for this place and am starting to give up on this place. Can Upper management please study Home Depot and ACE hardware and see what they are doing right and adapt? As it is now, they seem to be racing to the bottom!
