Yikes, this place has gone downhill. I have been a member for years (since I moved to Colorado) and it has gotten impossible to get in to see someone good. Sometimes they cancel your appointment last minute—disappointing to say the least, since I likely had to schedule it months or weeks in advance. Very difficult to get someone on the phone to talk about issues.AND I also had an awful massage recently with a person who trauma dumped all over me about their personal life and personal issues. They also gave me medical advice beyond their training and it was also unprompted. I felt trapped and unrelaxed because I had no choice but to listen. I have enough to deal with personally, so I wasn’t there to be a listening ear. Real shame. Will probably freeze my membership, which sucks as I have so many credits.

First of all I want to say, that I rarely post reviews or negative ones. I have to be really be done before I would bother.If I could put less than a star I would. I had an account, could never get an appointment to actually get a massage, but got charged nonetheless. They told me to call and ask for any last minute openings, which I also did that NEVER yielded any results. Now more than a year a later, I had to go down there and fill out the paperwork to cancel. First of all, seriously? in 2024, you don't have the stupid form online for people?! I went down there and politely filled it out, took photos of it and turned it in to be told that it would process and I would receive an email confirmation within 10 days. That was feb.05. It is now march 04. Almost a month later, no email. I've called to ask for it for it in writing that it is canceled. I have been told repeatedly that a manager would call me back and NOT ONE TIME, has any one called or attempted to. I am DISGUSTED with this business. My next call is to the bank to make sure no more charges go through. If it continues, I'll send a certified letter and turn everything over to my attorney. Since no one will respond, I will just post this review for the public's viewing pleasure and information. I would caution anyone that establishes an account this company. IF you like giving away your money and never getting what you pay for and then never having anyone care or get back to you in the slightest, then is the SCAM for you! Proceed at your own risk

The masseuse’s themselves are great, however the corporate business management is terrible. They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 75 days. First you have to call, to get an email address that you then have to email and wait for a response. Your membership with reportedly be cancelled 10 days after they response to your email. However, in my case I have gotten charged for two additional months. It’s extremely hard to speak with a human on the phone let alone a manager. Anyone going here should pay in cash (so that they don’t have your credit card information) and absolutely do not sign up for a membership.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My masseuse is excellent and attentive. Facials here are not just relaxing and effective — they are fun! Manager seems to want customer satisfaction and feedback.

The staff is great and most of the massages were quite good, but you can't get an appointment in a reasonable time and even after you schedule one 8 weeks out it gets cancelled. This happened to me twice and we've only been going there 6 months We signed up in January and my next appointment was cancelled. When I couldn't get an appointment inside of a month at that location, I tried 3 other locations and couldn't get one there either. Then I had to resort to schedule 6 to 8 weeks in advance. 2 out of 3 got cancelled. My wife had the same problem. Now I want to cancel and they say I have to use all my credits in 60 days or I'll lose them. How am I going to do that when I can't get an appointment for 8 weeks and it will probably get cancelled anyway. Save your money.

It’s so hard to schedule a massage here. Great for them to be booked out several months, but not great for my schedule. The other alternative is to call early in the morning to hopefully grab a cancellation.

There are never appointments available outside of normal business hours. I have complained multiple times and they always promised they were recruiting but this has gone on for over three years. Then they make it very difficult to cancel the membership.

I’m really frustrated because the day of service I couldn’t find my gift card and so manager said if I called them within 24 hours of service with gift card information I could get my money back. Well I called the next morning with gift card information and they said they would take care of it. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve called a few times because I haven’t seen in back in my bank and once again spoke to manager and she said she hadn’t gone around to make the transaction. I’ve called several times to see what’s going on and they keep ignoring my call. If something doesn’t get done then I will need to speak to someone in corporate office. I’ve been trying to be patient but it’s been 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive a call or see money back in my bank.

Missed an appt due to myself an child being sick. My fault for not calling but it was the last thing on my mind. I apologized profusely. I felt horrible. I work in healthcare and know how much that time affects people’s pay. I explained it was a prepaid gift. Kept getting asked to put a card on file. That seemed strange to me as the massage was pre paid for. After explaining that over again the receptionist said she saw what was talking about after being really rude about it. They did not have any mercy or compassion. Like come another day no big deal. Instead I said charge the prepaid for the late cancellation and give the massage therapist what is left over. At this point, I don’t even want to go there.. so much for customer service..
