To check in on time, come early to sit in the line for 1-2 hrs until you get to the front to check in, so you can park and wait more for the door. Up to 6 hrs total for partial load. Slow check-in, slow door assignment, slow unloading, slow paperwork. $300 humpers

Arrived at 2030. Got to gate at 2115. Got in dock at 2230. Still in door at 0430.
One star for room to maneuver
Only redeeming factor is detention is $20/QH. I'll hit the max of $450 in 45 minutes

It's another Capstone location. It takes forever to get unloaded here .

Well checked in at 2145 for a 2300 appointment...waited in line for atleast 45 minutes or so behind 7 trucks... got called to door at 2310.....they have portable restrooms to use and they were actually was clean....getting unloaded as I type this will be back with update....im expecting to be here a minute they gotta count all this candy...to be cont......
Update... paperwork in hand about 0245... not too bad.. There is no overnight parking inside the gate..there are signs coming in that say no parking..but me and about 6-7 trucks parked along the curb on the way out past the curve ...Noone bothered up...there is plenty of room for traffic coming in and out to get by...it also has trash cans out there so DONT TRASH THIS PLACE....

OK let's clear something when you arrive get in line do not park unless really early for appt it will take awhile to get checked in but when you get to the front of the line get out and walk to security gate check in get a door unloaded within 2hrs with paperwork in back of trailer slow check in process but quick unload arrive early

Sunday 8pm appointment. Showed up at 800 and line was around 15 trucks long, got in door at 1030 and was done unloading at 330 am. Some trucks were gone quick but I wasn't. I had a full mixed load. Drive up to gate, take bills and drivers license and guard was very friendly

Be careful transporting for them better up the price and get detention pay. Product on trailer 30plus hours and counting for a 8hr drive
and only removing product as they need it using the trailer as a wharehouse. Can’t do this again losing money on this one. Anytime they use the truck as a wharehouse they are stealing from you. The shameful thing is that it isn’t that busy.

Showed up an hour early, got a door right away. Was unloaded and gone with in a hour and a half. Staff was fast and friendly

Plenty of room to maneuver, can sleep on street after unloading, they just ask that you leave by 0300. Took a while to unload, but I would go back.
