The girl with the septum piercing is horrible. She is rude and is not willing to help customers at all. She argues with customers and is racist. She is nice a kind to the Spanish speaking customers but not English speaking. Yup that's right I pulled out the race card because it's true. She refused to help my partner on an upgrade on my phone. Telling him after we spoke to metro on the 800 number and they said differently that she can't do upgrades. Um she thinks we are stupid it says on the website for upgrades go to your local store. We have been 3 separate times and she lies to us each time. She's gross and obviously she should be fired she has multiple complaints on here about her.

I've been with Metro for several years like 7 years. I am so sick and tired of the way they treat existing customers. And every time I go to get a phone upgrade they're out of stock on the affordable ones. That's great and all they have a new upgrade plan. But even though I've been with them for over 7 years I would have to switch my plan which costs more than the plan I have now. Then I would have to hold that plan for another year before I could even think about getting any sort of an affordable upgrade. I can guarantee you I paid my last month of service with this company I will not be paying next month's fees and I will be going with another carrier.
