SHAME ON YOU LESLIE!!!! LAZY, RUDE & TERRIBLE customer service at Metro by T-Mobile store at 1834 Main St. Longmont, Colorado. The manager, LESLIE, has no business working in customer service or being a manager. By reading other reviews on google for this store she has repeatedly treated customers this way. What are you going to do about it T-Mobile???? My elderly mother, who uses a walker, went into this store to get help with the affordable connectivity program. She is pre-approved for this program and I spoke with LESLIE yesterday to confirm they could help and explain that it was a challenge for my mother to get into the store. I live in a different state or I would physically do this for her. My mother showed up today and was treated with such disrespect by LESLIE that she walked out of the store. LESLIE was rude, lazy, rolled her eyes to my mothers face, and spoke down to her and me as I was on speaker phone with my mom to help if needed. LESLIE grabbed the phone out of my mothers hand and would not give it back when asked. My mom had to grab it back. She walked out of the store and will never go back. She has been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years but I am going to transfer her to my AT&T account. My hope by leaving this review is that any other T-Mobile customer avoids this store and is not subjected to LESLIE, the managers, awful, lazy and rude customer service. Again, SHAME ON YOU LESLIE and T-Mobile for allowing such a terrible employee to keep abusing customers!

Everytime I come in this place the girl with the pierced nose and long nails has the worst attitude. After today I will not be coming back I will be switching all four of my accounts to a different provider.

Very bed experience, they charging additional tax and insurance. And they don't have price brack up. Also the sales person said it mandatory to buy phone cover and screen garde with phone for extra $50. Otherwise they don't sell phone. It was my first and last time to this store.

I walked in at 745 pm because on the website it says closed at 9pm and she tells me I can’t add a line right now cause she closed at 8. Stupid. Plus even if they closed at 8 I still walked in before 8 , it’s common sense.

On Friday September 24 I was in need of assistance with my device Wich is from metro so after work I tried to get help at this location 15 minutes before closing time and a young man and young woman told me they could not help me because it was Almost closing time and it was Friday night and they had to go home, they did not even hear me out to see what my problem was , in fact they even had the open sign turned off and it was still 7:45 even thou the closing time hours on they're door read open till 8:00 pm they should change it to 7:45 in fact the did not even let me in the store , after me being a 5 year client so sad ? I'm moving to some other company they don't deserve my business.

Walked into this location regarding an upgrade and I felt more brushed off than anything. The rep was trying to charge me too much for an upgrade and Because of her I went two doors to the left and switched to cricket where I was so much happier with cricket's service. I end up with 2 nice phones for the price of the 1 metro was trying to get me for. Good bye metro thanks to this location.

I bought a phone here (Motorola) the phone was complete junk! It never had good or decent service most of my incoming calls would go to voicemail because of how bad the phone was as far as getting any service reception. I later switched to a different service provider and was given my account number wrong the first time (my Metro pcs account #) the second time I was denied my account number over the phone and was told that I needed to go in, in person to get my account number. I tried looking up my account number online and wasn't successful. I needed my account number to transfer my old phone number with my new service provider. The service is affordable but the cell phones are expensive and cheap. I also took a trip to Nebraska and we had no service reception.Good luck!

Currently this location has employed mostly snotty, rude, unhelpful females and I highly recommend taking your hard earned cell phone money elsewhere

Staff was very helpful
