It's a little family run store and they're on it getting it done swiftly. the last time I went in there was to have my phone unlocked so I could move to a different carrier. they were very nice and did it no charge!

Folks don't buy anything from this store--plenty of other small Metro places around.Went in to buy a phone, a phone advertised on the national website with a set price. I quoted the exact price, was told they had that price and the phone. I'm eligible for an upgrade on Metro. I needed phone only, transfer of my metro number--so a phone and cost of transfer. I get charged $90 extra.As part of the charge over inflation I was charged for a case, some sort of screen protection (Proglass Premium 360 for $54.99) . Emphatically i said I didn't need that. They called it a package--a way to inflate the price. Not what I had traveled out for during Covid.A Proglass 360 protector --on Amazon and elsewhere --usually is $5 to $12 dollars. They , the real proglass, guarantee the protector for 30 days. Somehow this , for this store is $55. I have the receipt. The screen protector she put on chipped in 3 days. I called her--if it's a guaranteed protector, the name brand, what brand did you put on? It's guaranteed--replace it. The receipt clearly sites a national brand. The sales person couldn't say what protector she put on but the protector on the receipt is a national brand? I asked her to simply look at her shelves...tell me the brand. Suddenly they are all sold out of them. She's worked there for years and can't know the items she sells? The one she put on herself (without my asking) Anyhow short story--she wouldn't offer to replace it. Forget that--she then says her manager will call me.The tactic on 3 calls--my manager will want to call you. (never happens nor did I expect it.)Folks don't buy from here. Sale's person is dishonest 100% -she's smooth and shifty. Get the price in writing like you're buying a car. Are people really proud of ripping other people off--is this an admirable trait in sales? Because of Covid (talk about coercion), I paid and can't risk going out over and over to argue with folks that are disreputable. Trust me this is conniving, not standing by things they sell, slapping on extra stuff (mislabeling what they sold)....it's like a car dealership. Buy online if you can and slap on your own warranty to boot

Horrible was very upset about having to buy two phones in less than a month first was defective, didn't matter, than got some hippie telling a bunch of bull hmm but my bad wanted to keep my same number and paid dearly, I don't think they even have a customer service # that can be reached, I tried for days, hot hung up on ,or couldn't spend 3 hours on hold then still got disconnected

I was very satisfied with my my service today!!!! Not only did the guy who helped me pick out a great phone but helped me so incredibly much with all the questions I had about my previous phone I was using before getting their new one!!! I will definitely be foming back to this store!!! InthinI the guys name was Jorge
