Jordan was extremely rude to me, I do not know if he has a problem with women or everyone, but go elsewhere. There are many other good companies out there that will do a good job and be civil about it..

never showed up for a job and got a run around for hours before I asked for my refund. The guy literally said “I hope my truck hasn’t been stolen again” as an excuse. If he would’ve been honest and told me the truth instead of yanking me around I would’ve thought better of this company. This guy pulled all of his friends together to make some bogus reviews because this guy never knew what he was doing.
Update: asked for a refund 11-24-19 (date of being stood up), STILL haven’t received deposit back.

The best junk removal service the price I was qouted was the price I paid no hidden fees I was really happy with the service. I also called them a couple months later and they are still one of the only companies I trust with moving and transporting my furniture and boxes.

These guys just moved my mother to sante Fe new Mexico from the applewood living center to be closer to my sister and the move went flawlessly these are the best long distance movers I've ever seen no damage anywhere and no drama the guys seemed like the genuinely enjoy being movers and the customer service was great I got updates the whole trip

Poor Service!!! I had the company scheduled to help with a household move and on the day they were supposed to show up, they failed to arrive. Several calls with the company resulted in being told another 1.5 hours and they would be available and this went on all day long. At the end of the day they still had not arrived and I had to rely on the kindness of my neighbors to help me load the moving truck at 6:00 PM when the neighbors came home from their work day. Do not do business with this company as they are unreliable.

Unless you enjoy lots of drama, go elsewhere. There are lots of these folks out there. Save yourself a ton of grief. The first thing was that they didn't show up on the scheduled day. That should give you a hint right there. Then there was the hassle over getting my deposit applied against the final bill. I felt like I was in some sort of Nigerian scam. Ultimately, I got my deposit back by disputing the charge with Visa. Nice guys who are absolutely clueless how to run a business and that's truly giving the benefit of the doubt here!

One star is way to good for this company but I had to choose a star to right this review. Everything about this company is horrible and they gouged my new wood floor to the tune of $1600. They also damaged some of my furniture.They have been dodging my calls for months. The owner told me that he can not claim it on his insurance unless I gave him a $100.00 1st but he claims his insurance will not pay for it. So This company is shady at best. Next step is small claims court and/or ABC news for help.

Worst move I have ever had. After repeated calls, they showed up 2.5 hours late. Multiple and varied excuses. Must have been lies as there were so many... Movers kept going to cab of truck for who knows what (not water). Finally, I had to sit in garage and watch them to keep them moving. Strange guys. Did not wrap couch which resulted in grease marks. Owner was going to send someone out to clean couch, but they didn't show up. Do not use. Only saving grace is that they didn't quit midway through.
