While the regular staff are nice, there’s an obvious culture issue with the GM and how he allows his MOD’s (Dominic) to treat customers with zero accountability. Also appears this store is lacking customers with several items that are being sold years past their best before date..

Best service ever! I was in a rush today and called for my item of ink. The gentleman on the phone was so kind and sweet, saved it for me at the front desk when I came in. When I got in and the sweetest lady was having such a fun time with job. And offered me to sign up for discount and give me the best deal that have on hand. I love them! Please keep up the great work and I appreciate the effort you guys had put in ??✨ will be visiting again very soon ?

Horrible service: I asked where graph paper was, and the response I got was “might be in aisle nine if they haven’t moved it yet”. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I went back to find the employee, only to find him on his phone. Yeah, I’ll shop somewhere else.
