Please be aware that if you set up a grooming appointment, they may not tell you all requirements over the phone.
I just drove over 30 minutes for my cat's grooming appointment only to be told that due to him having a heart murmur they could not groom him.
I would have appreciated better diligence shown over the phone call I made to set up this appointment - that is the reason for the 1 star, not the policy itself.

Bare minimal if you are looking for anything outside of dog/cat products. Only partially stocked shelves for everything else. The frozen rodent section is always empty or when it's not, it has only 1 or 2 that are extremely big or small. I understand sometimes stock runs out, but this has been an issue for over a year now. In the span of a month, I visited 3 times and everytime it was the same. They are out and don't know when they will receive more. I'm not a business owner, but if you are constantly running out of an item within days of it being restocked, why not order extra so you can have returning customers? Instead, I now will be shopping elsewhere. Not because I want to, but because I'm left with no other option if they never carry something I need.

After spending more money than I care to admit at this store, including recent high dollar purchases for fish supplies, explaining to them what we were doing, where we were going with our system and no one batted an eye. We didn't realize all of a suddenly the life of 1 $8 fish in a huge tank all by himself would mean we were bad pet parents and that they would refused to sell him to us. This guy has been in a 5 gallon tank with 2 other fish for weeks!!! And we kept coming back checking for him and hes always there still. We wanted to take him home and let him thrive. A new home for him until he grows big enough to transfer to a pond was exactly what we wanted for him. But they refused. We won't be troubling you any more with our time money. And if the fish that we wanted dies in that tank, I hope the person that refused to give him a good home has to scoop him out and remembers us when she does.

Would give 0 stars if possible, brought my dog in for a basic grooming and the employee LINDSAY C. ended up cutting my dogs paw, lying about it to me, and then proceeded to tell me to either sedate my dog or not bring it back. They did not perform a wellness check after the grooming and returned her with a sizable gash on her paw. Only noticed after drops of blood were covering my floor. I tried calling back and they lied AGAIN saying they do not perform a check on the animals after the grooming has been done (something the other manager directly contradicted over the phone) I will not be returning here for any other services as you should not either. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO OTHER GROOMERS THEY WILL HURT THEM AND LIE!!!

Is it standard practice for employees to listen to their airpods and not talk or ask customers questions ?
I had to say Hi, I had to ask for help, I had to approach.
I've worked at this location and the company for 3 years and this is not customer service.
