The best move I have ever made. I always used a 26 foot Uhaul truck for my moves and using Pods was a great decision and all things considered was not that much more than using a Uhaul truck and alot easier!!

PODS has the worst customer service we have ever experienced! Beware they do not hold to their promise of delivering your furniture to your new home! We are having to hire another mover to unpack our pods and reload and move them to our home ourselves! And no one from PODS cares!!!

We used PODS to ship a container of furniture cross-country to our daughter. The cost was comparable to renting and driving a truck ourselves, and ended up saving us a great deal of time and back pain. Every step of the process happened exactly as planned and everyone we met or spoke to were friendly and professional. The goods arrived in the exact same position as they left here. And our grandkids (and us) loved watching PODzilla do its thing. I would highly recommend taking a look at PODS as an excellent shipping and/or storage alternative.

Great job from start to finish. Loved the flexibility it allowed me to move across the country, which was of a huge value to me. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future.They go above and beyond to help answer any questions and have dialed in a very efficient service. Not the biggest fan of moving, but when I do, I choose PODS.

POPDs provided two PODs and placed in our driveway. The entire process was so perfect. The driver was perfect too. They were placed perfectly and in such a short time. PODs were 1005 clean and during rental process (4-5 mon) not a single drop of water inside. My belongings remained safe and dry. PODs removed the two PODs perfectly and driver exact. Loved the entire process and would do again - if we needed too. Great company and personnel on every level. Tops as far as I am concerned.

Rented two PODS for our move. Staged everything from the house to garage and into one POD. Filled the garage again and then scheduled the next POD. Then both appeared at the new place on schedule and were emptied by the movers into the basement. Easy peasy. No hick-ups, no surprises, no problems.

Our PODS container was delivered quickly, my husband was surprised how quickly it got to our property. Our container kept our goods safe and dry why we performed renovations to our house.

Moving is stressful. But PODs made it completely seamless and stress free, as when I moved I was unsure where I was going so the container was stored for 3.5 month at their storage location. You can schedule visits if need be, and the fact they can deliver and pick up as quick as they do is much appreciated. The online process is also super helpful - all your information is detailed and easy to access. Thank you PODs, for a wonderful move! Definitely will use this again.

When delivering the container, the driver was careless and the container hit the ground harshly a few times. As a result, my LED TV was broken and now I have to buy another one.

PODS was very easy to deal with. Everything was scheduled ahead of time and they stuck to the schedule. They arrived on time and their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic.

PODS provides a timely way to pack, store, and ship your items. The core operation of the company runs fairly well, however should you need to contact their customer service (which is needed for almost any action regarding your POD including gaining access during storage) you will encounter phone wait/hold/call-back times in excess of 12 hours at times. PODS also charged our card on file multiple times for unexplainable charges that they have now opened an internal investigation to resolve - yet in over a week remains unresolved. I would recommend looking into other providers until PODS improves its ability to deliver customer service actions timely or via their online customer portal.
