I really like this shop - the staff is super friendly and helpful, and they offer a lot of great services. My big issue is the business hours. They aren't open before or after work or on weekends so I have to take time off to get there (either leave early or arrive late). If even one day per week they opened at 8a or stayed open to 6:30p - or even short hours on Saturday I would use them more.

The lady with short hair and glasses is always rude. Everyone else has always been kind, but I do avoid going there now because of her.

I’ve been going to Postnet in Longmont for too many years to remember and this location takes such great care to do a great job. They go above and beyond to take care of customers with kindness that the world could use more of.

It's always a pleasant experience here. Service is provided very quickly, kindly, and it's so convenient to bring packages here to ship. It's great to have nearby as someone without a vehicle.

My PEO Chapter has used PostNet for several years to print our Yearbook. Chase does excellent work, and even catches my errors. I have total faith that our project will be perfect, and, for a very reasonable price.

The staff is wonderful but the owner keeps promising to bring stamps back but doesn’t. Which is fine but charging $1.51 for a printed .64 cent stamps seems odd.

Wow these gals are amazing. I needed to get my passport photo and mail out the docs ASAP. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had another important insurance document to send out. Will come here for my USPS needs as well as UPS from now on!

This review is more about the Corporation itself than it is the Longmont location. It also concerns shipping only. If you have anything to ship, do yourself a favor; log onto the shipping company's website and purchase your own shipping label from them. I shipped a parcel, USPS through Postnet, purchasing postage there as well. It cost me more than double what the USPS alone was going to charge. I bare some blame because I should have known better when I was given the price ($28!) and went home and checked USPS website before purchasing but when I questioned I was told that "yeah it's crazy what they're charging now". I was thinking that she meant the USPS but no, she meant Postnet. I fully intend to contact Corporate about this but I have little hope of a positive outcome. Like I said, if you're thinking of purchasing shipping through them, CHECK THE SHIPPING COMPANY"S RATES FIRST! Wish I had.
