I bought a Gladiator here on Sept 1, 2023 from Josh and It's a typical car dealership - some people are very reasonable to engage and/or negotiate with, like Josh, Tim, and Tony, while others like Jason should approach customers and situations differently. I decided to give this dealership another chance because the store manager Randy responded to my review...well I should of known better seeing how he never returned 2 of my voice mails. I brought my car back because I was having the same issue that they said they fixed. Since it was never fixed I now have more issues with my car that of course my warranty doesn't cover. I how they know for sure what the problem is this time after being told that they did not pull out the necessary part to tell what the issue was just that there "master technician"...said this is the cause. I then asked where this "master technician" was the first time I brought my car there 2 months ago and I was told it was a different type of technician. Total BS I again had to call them to find out what was going on after they had my car for a week. DO NOT BUY OR TALE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!

I bought a Used suv from this place and it's been in there service department more than what I've had it. When I first purchased IN FULL; they said they were going to detail it and fix a couple things on it. Never did any of that; when it rained it started to rain in the vehicle so now the suv has water damage. It ended up being the sunroof drain and it took them 2 times of it being there for 3 weeks. The sales manager Rick said they go through a full inspection before they sell ALL used vehicles which is absolutely not true because this vehicle has been a extremely dangerous and ridiculous to say the least. I understand things happen buying a used vehicle and gambling on buying a good one or bad one but selling a dangerous used vehicle anyone much less to a mother with kids is unethical and irresponsible. It's stalled out on me on the highway 4 times and once the RPMS went up and wasn't pressing the gas. I had to break on highway to slow down. I took it to the dealership because it still under warranty and they said "they don't have any loaners" so a service tech had to drive my children and I home. My children couldn't put there seat belts on because we didn't fit in his small car. Extremely dangerous for myself, my children and the service tech; if we would of got into an accident the dealership would of been responsible. This place is NOT about customer service, safety or helping customers. A vehicle is a daily use in most people's lives and for them to be selling vehicles without doing full inspections and lying to customer saying they did full inspections and didn't is wrong and could potentially kill someone if it already hadn't! Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HEREI can't Reply to the owners response but they absolutely DO NOT do full inspections or details before they sell used cars they get them and the sales men just hurry and sell them before inspections I was told that by an employee And now a week after picking up my vehicle the check engine came on. They sell Junk and don't care about ripping off single mothers with young children.

I recently leased my second Ram truck from here. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. The people are super friendly (Tony, Levi, Dien), and don't pressure you to make a decision. They make the purchase process as easy ss possible, not a bunch of haggling needed. I live almost two hours away, and for me its worth the drive. Go check these folks out!

Went in about two weeks ago . I was recommended by a friend to go see Levi so I did . Being that it was my first time buying a car I was very nervous & didn't know what to expect , Levi explained how leasing and financing both work and went on to explain what he recommends and why . Not only did Levi take the time to explain everything but he also listened to what is was that I was looking for & wasted no time . Thank you for making it so easy . I'm very happy with my new Jeep. If you go to this location ask for Levi !

Honestly the sales team are petty. I overheard them speaking about customers around the corners. Don't go here unless you wanna get played and have money stolen from you. Terrible time. Terrible people. Terrible deals.

I had the same experience as others with Prestige's so-called "bumper to bumper" warranty that they sold me. It's obviously on me for trusting what they told me rather than reading the fine print, but lying to customers is wrong and is certainly the best way to lose a customer for life. Also, there's obviously something wrong with Dodge's sun visors since this is a repeated issue from several posts on these yelp reviews. I'm not sure how this doesn't justify a recall, but I'm certainly not going to pay $350 for them to put another crappy sun visor in my truck that is going to break again after minor use.I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel with under 50,000 miles and I've already had a cracked header and now my transmission is acting up. Prestige claims to have fixed it with a software update, but it's still causing me problems and now they can't repeat the issue and won't do anything to fix it.

My partner and I both recently bought cars from Sean Hewlitt and he was the best! Love how easy he made the entire process, and got us both in the car that worked the best for us. The service department was awesome, especially Clint, he was awesome with all that was going on, he took very good care of our two vehicles. Both having check engine lights. I would recommend Prestige anytime. For service needs, just ask for Clint he will take care of you.
