Amazing service and price. Couldn't ask more from a printing company. They even took the time to help me create zip drives for multiple projects. Great people

Procopy is located less than 1 block off Main Street in central Longmont in a strip mall looking area, but there is a lot more going on inside than you might suspect. From signs to T-shirts to photocopying, you need look no further. It is really a great locally owned business...they are friendly, courteous, and get your job done fast at a good price.

I was discriminated on my disability at Procopy, and I figured it’s finally time to write this review after a few years of processing the trauma.November 13, 2019, I had been working for Procopy for a few weeks, and things were going really well. For two weeks on hire, I was trying my best to keep up with what was expected and seemingly succeeding. I then decided it would courteous to inform Amanda, the boss, of my autism diagnosis. At the time, I wanted my bosses to potentially understand a bit more about me. On the rare occasion, I may put in earplugs when the music and noises began to bother me, but otherwise, my particular diagnosis would have nothing to do with my job performance or customers. I just wanted to help Amanda understand a bit more. That was an immediate mistake when Amanda replied, “I wish you would have told me this before I hired you.” It’s obvious what she was implying. Even through my autism can I detect the hidden message here. The weekend passed, and I came back to work the following week. To set the full scene, the other employee was on vacation this week, so it was just me working. This meant that I had to step up a bit with some extra work. However, as the next few days went on, Amanda became more critical of me, putting more and more pressure on me for a two week employee still learning, and fully expected me to know and recognize the customers and regulars at this point. Any mistake I made was met with a large and belittling lecture from both Amanda and her husband. It was obvious they were being petty about what they learned about me and were trying to put more pressure on me.It worked because I did start to feel uncomfortable, inadequate, and nervous. The pressure won, and I ended up making a large printing error. I felt awful. I was trying my best, but I continued to feel very unwelcome this week compared to how happy and welcoming they were prior to learning about my diagnosis. Amanda sent me home this day for my mistake and later fired me over the phone the next day.I don’t recommend supporting this business that blatantly discriminated and hurt me after learning about my disability.

Pro copy was amazing!! I had troll items made for my baby's 1st birthday!! They listened to my ideas and created the most beautiful invitations and t-shirts. I will definitely be coming back for all future parties and events.

I believe they are under new ownership. In previous years, prices were reasonable and work was excellent. Last month, prices were at least double. Their work might still be good, but I was not able to sell my organization on the prices. It was a nonstarter.

I was quoted a per square foot price for printing architectural drawings but when I changed from 24x36 size paper to 18x24 size paper (thinking this would cost half as much) I was NOT informed that the per square foot price INCREASES by 83%. As a non-expert in the print business I depend on the experts to alert me to these industry details....especially when it seems counter-intuitive (it's half the paper and half the ink but costs 83% MORE....does not compute in my head). I'm sure the shop was not intentionally trying to cheat me, but I expected a higher level of service from a company with "pro" in their name. I guess it is shame on me for making assumptions and not asking for a new quote with the smaller size paper.

They have fast service, but they are absolutely discriminatory towards people on the spectrum. When they learned someone working for them had ASD, they completely changed their work atmosphere. They stopped tolerating questions, berated him for not having their client list completely memorized after two weeks of work, and refused to explain themselves or their expectations and told him to just stop talking. They laid so much mental and emotional stress on him that he eventually made a mistake and they fired him for it. Anyone would be prone to making mistakes under the amount of stress and negativity they promote around their place of work. To be clear, he was fired because he is on the Autism spectrum and nothing more. They tore him down daily until they had an excuse to let him go. If you see the owners, let them know that their behavior and business ethics are reprehensible and they should be ashamed. Nov. 2019
