I visited the storage on Sunday, June 1st, to check on my unit. Upon arrival, I discovered that someone had opened my storage unit. I took a picture of my lock, which showed clear signs of damage. Inside the unit, I found cigarette end, plastic, and burnt nicotine and small Metal indicating that someone had been inside.
While I'm unsure what items may be missing, this incident left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, especially considering that I pay $130 for this storage unit size 5x10. I expected better security for my belongings.
After I paid on the first of the month, I emptied my storage six days later, but they refused to refund my money. They told me, ‘Well, you should have kept it until the end of the month. We are not refunding you.such a great customer service, they don’t even care about nothing.

Don't waste your time here renting. Public storage is notorious for increasing their rates month to month, they hide behind lies of market comps.
You will see 25 to 30% increases month-to-month on a regular basis.
Find a true local storage company that won't take advantage of you every time the billing cycle processes.

I would like to write a review on my experience with MARK at the Wedgewood location in Longmont, CO. Mark is always friendly and accommodating each time I interact with him. I feel safe at his location. It is the cleanest location and very well taken care of. He goes out of his way to provide services his clients ; working out all details with solutions to any issues that may arise. I really appreciate Mark and rent with Public Storage because of him.

Needed a unit on very short notice over a holiday weekend. Mark was very helpful and even gave us the contact number of someone who could relocate my daughter from Ft. Collins on Dec. 31st! Extremely satisfied!

Incredible service from Mark Russell and Morgan. Mark spent over an hour helping me back a 23-foot truck (NOT RECOMMENDED) through the aisles to get me to and from my unit on the first day, and Morgan did a great job getting me set up and settled in.
