The experience was good for me. But my cousin's cuticles got cut over 4 times. They didn't stop the bleeding. They just need to be better if a customer is bleeding from their cuticles and stop it. Not ignore it.

Used to love it here. Made an appointment ahead of time for a pedicure and acrylics. I was rushed the whole time, my nails are overly thick and lumpy, and the polish was bubbly and lumpy. The pedicure didn’t really remove any roughness whereas when I do a simple one at home it’s easy to do. This wasn’t worth the cost. It’s sad as I do really like the employees, I don’t know where the quality drop happened.

I usually go to a different nail place but they're closed on Sunday so I went to Q Nails, even though I didn't like their service. I walked in and asked for a FULL SET. I looked at the price list and it said full set $27.00/37.00. I sat down and it took 30 mins to get the acrylic off between soaking in acetone (bad) and using the dremel. She burned my nail bed because the dremel got too hot. A few minutes later the owner came over and they talked in a different language. Then she said, "you don't need full set". The tech started to put acrylic on my nails fore tips and I said I wanted tips. She said "no I do acrylic". Well, she DID acrylic and my naiks are wide and fat. Look so bad. I was annoyed and asked what I owed and she said, $57.00!!!! I said it was 27.00-37.00. no...had to take acrylic off..I said you CHARGE for that??? Then the owner said, "you had shellac". She knew I was mad. She reduced it to $52.00. I paid it but I'm NOT happy and I will not go back! I get exactly what I ask for at DESIGNER NAILS and my nails always look great...for $35.00!!!!!! I feel angry because they jacked up the price and I didn't agree to it. I won't go back!

First time ever going to this place staff was very friendly but I will never be going again. I got a refill with gel nail polish. The gel started to peel and fall out after two days of application! Not happy :(

Rude, walked in this morning after saying "good morning ". No answer. Yelled at me "what do you want". I asked if they had time for a pedicure. "no, we have appointments come back later". I have been coming there for years. I won't be back. Learn to talk to people decently. I went over to Fossil nails. Was greeted with a smile. They will be getting my business.
