Wow, the tech is about as rude as it gets. Seems to hate her job and dealing with people in general...
Company told me to come down, she was irritated that I didn't have an appointment. Said she was booked up and didn't know if I would get in.
Guy next to me said he had an appointment, she took him back, turned out he didn't have an appointment, but she was ok with that and processed him anyway.
Just a rude and unpleasant experience overall... disappointing from a Quest lab.

I was sent here for a blood draw which would have taken 5 minutes. I didn’t know making an appointment was necessary or preferred as I had never needed this service. There was no one to greet, but just a kiosk. I checked in as a walk in and waited an hour and a half before I was very rudely told to leave. Will never patron any location in the future.

No appointment was available. I went in as a walk-in. The wait wasn't too bad. The technician was wonderful. 👍😊

Do NOT go here for pre employment testing. I went in on Tuesday and my samples were just picked up today (Friday) and are on the way to the lab. Poor customer service experience. This clinic shouldn’t even be open and functioning. Go to a “preferred” Quest location and save yourself the headache.

The staff is great there. Very patient but they need to fix the tech as it doesn't work to make an appt as a guest.

Showed up for my 710am appointment and left at 745am as no one showed up to work. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment to Aetnas preferred lab provider and I will be calling Aetna to tell them to take this lab provider off their approved list.

Jolene should be fired!!! Rudest lady ive EVER met in my life! Was friendly at first than when she couldn't do her job became VERY defensive and rude! Told me the reason she couldn't draw my blood is because I need to hydrate much more the night before and loose weight. If Quest Diagnostics truly CARES and RESPECTS people they will show her the damn door! Thanks very little JOLENE! NOT!

Jolene was the rudest employee of any business I have dealt with in ten years. She shouldn't be employed around people, let alone a participant in their health care. She was snarky, rude, and unhelpful to a woman who came in before me that just had a question about her results and was understandably confused by the difference between quest and the ordering provider or lab. Then she was unprofessional and violated WHO standards regarding phlebotomy safety on me. When I politely asked her to follow them, she had a melt down about talking to her when she was holding a needle, and how I wasn't qualified to tell her how to do her job. I left and had my labs drawn at LabCorp in the hospital down the street. Busier, but infinitely more professional.
