I recently purchased a Hegel integrated amp from Josh. I cannot be more pleased with the level of service he provided. I encountered a small issue which he treated with the utmost importance and went above and beyond in addressing it. He was able work with me and the manufacturer in getting my concerns resolved. I know a lot of these words are used a lot when praising great customer service but Josh really took the after purchase support very seriously.

This is not a business. This is a personal hoard. Josh was rude, condescending, and was visibly irritated when I was browsing. Not sure what's going on here, but I would advise staying far, far away. Lost a good chunk of my day driving out there, and the visit soured my mood.
