Susan helped me find the best boots that fit perfect. After 30 min on the phone with her, she helped me find the most appropriate boot for me. Ive been wearing the incorrect boot size and insole for roughly 4 years now. After Susan helped me with finding my foots, glove fit (roughly an hour of interest in store (thank you for the dedication to me)) im so happy now. thank you susan i will be back to your location.

Stanley was amazing! My husband and I went in to the Longmont to see a pair of boots he had an eye on. Not only did Stanley help fit him into the best sized shoe paired with a recommended insole after giving him his exact measurements, he also did the same for me. He is very knowledgeable, offered advice, and was professional. 100 percent recommend.

Just wanted to thank Alicia for her patience and professional assistance during my visit to the Redwing store in Longmont, CO yesterday. Not only did I get a great fit on my Heritage 1907 Moc-toes....I understand WHY its a great fit. This includes characteristics of the leather, experience with proper break-in, and careful consideration of socks, leather inserts, and lacing. Highly recommended.

Stanley (i think?) was extremely helpful. Made a small repair to one of my boots while i waited, and gave me advice on them for future wear. Immediately made me a loyal customer. Will be going back when it’s time to get the resoled/overhauled. Thank you for the help!
