We stayed here for my nephews wedding that was in the Boulder area and also into the next week for vacation and sightseeing.
Longmont is a great centrally located town that made it convenient for travel into Boulder, Lyons, Denver and Nederland.
The hotel staff was fantastic- especially Rena and Nia. They both went above and beyond for us making our stay comfortable and perfect.
Our room was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very nice each morning and the grounds and courtyard area was nice to relax in.
We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit this area of Colorado.
Thanks for everything.

If I could I would give 0 stars. When I first checked in, my room was not clean. There was piss stains when you lifted up the toilet seat and long hair on the shower wall. The ac in my room did not work. They offered me another room, I went in and there was this HUGE white stain on the headboard above the pillows and again hair in the shower. I requested a refund, as the only options they had for me was to either refund me or give me another room again.

Great, clean and modern hotel. We easily traveled to Boulder and Niwot. Good breakfast, good coffee. Nice kitchen in each room.

I was not going to post a review, but, you know how small things can add up to a not so great experience? That’s what happened during my stay here at the Residence Inn. Before I describe the negative, let me say that the staff is great and very friendly. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. Great location in Longmont that is close to restaurants and a short trip to Boulder. Breakfast was very healthy and prepared and presented well. Workout room was great! So the negative: the neighboring room had a dog that barked quite a bit while the owner was out. Management addressed it with the dog owner which I appreciated but it did not stop the barking entirely. I went to use the pool and had to fish out 6 dead, scary looking spiders (see picture). The pool was also very cloudy and had a film over it. I addressed it with management and they closed the pool down right away which was the right decision. No one should be swimming in it while in that condition. Definitely a bacterial infection waiting to happen! The bedroom door and the bathroom door in the hotel room would not close easily. I grabbed a kitchen knife and spent 3 minutes screwing the hinges back in so the doors would close properly. But I really don’t think I should have to do that! Seems like the hotel staff should report that as a maintenance issue. I tried to use the coffee maker but it didn’t work. I asked for a different one and they obliged. I plugged it in and it did not work either. Then I realized it was not the coffee maker that was broken, it was the outlet that did not work. Then to top off my stay, another guest was smoking weed on our hallway and made the entire place reek of some dank weed! Again, addressed this with management but there is not much they can do I guess. I wasn’t too happy that my family was exposed to marijuana second-hand. Take this review for what it is worth. Stay was not horrible. And not great. Would I stay here again? No.

Work brought me to Denver and this I stayed at Residence Inn instead of Fairfield. For about the same rate, this was a better choice for me. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast options, and good location for my consultanting.

Functional kitchen (no oven though), full sized fridge, plenty of parking, decent free breakfast, good desk setup, overall no complaints.

The front desk lady with glasses and long hair is extremely rude. I was on the phone in front of her booking another night my phone dropped the call. I asked to use their phone so I could finish, but instead she says I've got less than 10 mins to get out and she's calling the cops. You'd think that knowing that I was in the middle of booking the room reading off my card number she would let me borrow their phone and complete my booking instead of being extremely rude and unpleasant and wasting the I would not booked a room here nor will I ever booked a room with this company again. And then the little faces that she kept like I was doing something wrong I guess my wrong was trying to book a room here don't rent from this place.

My stay at the Residence Inn was exceptional. I have stayed Springhill and definitely this one is better than that. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities.

As a frequent hotel guest in the Boulder/Longmont area I can state that this is hands down the worst hotel in the area. The staff all say 'Good morning' but without any sort of conviction: robotic and lackluster are words that come to mind. Our room was so dirty that my partner spent the better part of three hours spot cleaning the 2 living/sleeping rooms and another hour plus on the bathroom. The dishes and microwave were dirty, nothing had been dusted in weeks and one of the blankets had what looked like dry blood on it. When I brought the blanket down I was given a shrug and "It happens..." with no apology. I was treated as if I was out of line in asking for a clean blanket. Our little one and my partner were both sick this morning (perhaps due to the disgusting state of the hotel) when we were checking out this morning - I let them sleep as late as they could and then was threatened by the front desk that they would charge us for another night if we were out even a minute late... when we still had 15 minutes until checkout. I'll be in touch with their corporate office but I could not be less satisfied with the customer disservice provided there. Thoroughly unimpressed!

So I guess when a place isn't even a 1/4 full, they have no upgrades? No upgrades for Marriott bonvoy. No upgrades available for an upcharge. Rooms were fine. Again, I would have used points or $ for a better room. Yes, I'm going to keep reiterating this. Pretty dumb setup having to walk to the Courtyard Marriot for the fitness center, pool, and hot tub. Especially in Colorado winters. The location is decent 25 mins from Boulder, and there's plenty of dining options nearby. Still though a dozen cars in the lot yet we can't upgrade to a different room that's actually dumber then having to walk into a different hotel to use their facilities. These little 3, 3.5 star hotels all think they're the Westin or JW. However, the Westin or JW would upgrade the room without me having to ask.

The stay was very pleasant and calm. Well maintained rooms and complementary breakfast was good.

As a long time customer of Marriot, I think I've reached the end of this relationship. My last stay at this hotel I was informed they now add a $5/day parking fee. I'm not sure what accountant at Marriot thought this was a good idea, but it just cost you a long term business class customer. If you need to raise you fees, than do so, but do not pull BS like this on customers. What's next....towel fee's?
