I've deleted my previous review as it was honest, but slightly scathing. These guys are great and they've treated me well. They're knowledgeable, professional, and fast. They'll take care of you, and they're prices are fair. I won't be bringing my ride to anyone else!!!!

These guys are great. Easily one of the friendliest and most inviting motorcycle shops I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. Great sales team and helpful parts counter crew. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

Dropped my bike off to have tires and a chain and sprocket installed. They didn't charge me some ridiculous amount and had my bike back to me within a few hours. Service department does great work in a timely manner for a fair price

Love the service department at this place. They took my sad, puttering ATV and turned it into a well oiled machine! And unlike other places, I didn't have to call and badger them for updates/etc. Whenever they needed authorization from me or had an update, they reached out, which made getting everything taken care of simple and easy.

Brandon is the best when it comes to sales dept. He worked with me for almost 2 weeks and was patient while we waited on my bank to clear the funds. Friendly, no pressure, no sales tricks. Everyone I interacted with here was polite and professional. I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade. Their inventory is pretty good, not a huge selection, but they have at least 1 or 2 of every model on the floor you can throw your leg over.

This place is nothing but fantastic, their GM JT is wonderful! He not only gave my husband outstanding discounts for being active military but also helped us out with a helmet, every time we need a bike this will be where we go, I’m referring everyone I know looking for a bike to this place! Remarkable costumer service!! Such a great guy!

I got the good old bait and switch tactic from Thunder Mountain Harley. I requested to purchase a new 23 street glide. A beautiful creamy gray color. I texted the dealership to say I was on the way. When I got there they told me they did not have it and showed me the same Color bike that was 16 grand more. Did they actually have it? Big question there. In short, I left after they could not make a deal which was really many thousands of dealer markup fees. I mean thousands. I called Elite in Longmont and asked if they still had the Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Voyager ABS 2023. I told them I would be there around 20 minutes. They gave me an out the door price and were very transparent about it. When I got there it was ready and sitting outside. We did the paperwork and it was all as they said with the same price out the door. They did not chase me away with extensive and exorbitant fees well over the asking price.Rob and the crew were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything from staying on track with the price to paperwork and financing even to the sale of helmets, etc. and was above par with professionalism. Thunder Mountain Harley can learn a thing or two from the experience. I thought I was settling for a Kawasaki over the Harley but found out this was a major upgrade deciding on Kawasaki. This was my fourth new motorcycle and the experience was well beyond satisfying over the other purchases and near purchases. These bikes were Kawasaki, Suzuki and Harley. Kawasaki always came out on top for selection and satisfaction after the purchase.I did not necessarily buy the Voyager based on price but the respect I was given during the presale and after. Thanks to everyone at Elite Motorsports in Longmont. It is a good trip there from North Platte Nebraska but we will be back for service and sales.

We have purchased few bikes from them this year and now a new Kawasaki mule we love it.The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly even after we had made our first purchase. We came in many times looking at accessories and gear they were super helpful so we knew they had to be the ones to help with our utv purchase. Customer for life . They are a true ride shop

I like this place. One of the main guys, I think his name is JT, showed me around their sales floor, and the shop which was really cool. It didn't feel like a "corporate" kinda place, it's a more relaxed setting. The salesman, I think his name was Brandon, wasn't pushy at all he was a chill dude who made it super easy to test ride the motorcycle I wanted.I bought a 2008 Suzuki DR650 with about 6,800 miles on it for $4,500. Yes, I know, it's a bit much for an old dual-sport, but it's also a popular type of bike in this state so I expected to pay more than if it was an air/oil cooled bike in Texas. I think whoever owned it likely rode mostly on the street since there was no skid plate, and it was in very nice condition overall. There were some problems with the petcock which caused the fuel to leak out, but Elite picked it up, and replaced the faulty part with a brand new OEM Suzuki fuel valve, and it never had that problem again. They also replaced the fork seals, oil, and checked the brakes, carb, and plugs before I picked it up, and rode it home. I just want to remind everyone to not be like me and get all excited about buying a motorcycle, and forget to check everything, and maybe even negotiate a little on the price lol. It runs like a champ, but I have noticed the inside of the tank looks like it has chickenpox so at some point I'll have to clean it.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I have no problem recommending Elite Powersports as a dealership you should checkout if they have the motorcycle you're looking for.

I’m glad to see many satisfied customers, and I wish I could say my experience was the same. It seems everything in my experience boiled down to abysmal communication. As one of the few Zero-certified service centers, I decided to have Elite check for firmware updates and test battery before warranty was up on the bike. I dropped it off right at open on Tuesday and they said it should easily be done by end of day. They also said Zero would cover the cost.I tried calling a couple times about an hour before close, no answer. Figured oh well, maybe they’re busy. I get a ride from a friend to go pick up the bike and it turns out they hadn’t started. They needed to charge it to full first. If they had said that up front, I could have dropped it off full. If it wasn’t going to be done within quoted time, I absolutely understand. Things come up, I would just appreciate an update. They said it should be done “tomorrow by about noon”.The next day, no word. I tried calling late afternoon, no answer. Finally left a voicemail asking for an update. The next day, no word until just before close saying the bike was ready. I said I’d be there first thing in the morning Friday to pick it up.Upon pickup, they then told me that there were no updates, and I owed labor hours for battery testing. This unfortunately directly contradicted what I was told upon drop off. Again, I get it, things come up, things change, but the failure in communication on multiple levels in regards to timing, updates, and cost gave me a genuine 2 star experience. I have a huge value for customer service, and the only reason it isn’t 1 star is because they did indeed test the battery and everything checked out fine. Technically that’s good news. However, the bike never had any problems to begin with and if I knew it was going to cost, I wouldn’t have brought it in the first place. Set expectations, follow through.

I was looking at a certain bike that I thought I had fallen in love with. I asked for more information and was texting a Sales rep the next day. Brandon was amazing throughout the whole process. I had gotten approved and everything for this bike. After the week of talking to him, I changed my mind on the bike and went with another one. It was no problem at all, and he said all he wanted was for me to get a bike that I loved. When I walked into the dealership and everyone was nice and asked if I have been helped. The buying process went extremely smooth. I want to thank Elite Powersports for taking care of a veteran and selling me a bike I love!

Worst experience of my life. Left my bike Aprilia RS125 for a tire change and power wash. Ask the guy to check if we could remove some details on my frame. Signed an estimate total of $300 for the tire (I provided the tires)and the power wash. They charged additional $580 (4.5 hours of labor) to clean the frame with out asking me for the approval. They also did not power wash the bike. All the oil on the cilinder was intact.. I would at least expected a phone call asking for my authorization before proceeding with a service almost 4 times more expensive than what I approved.

This is the place to get a Kawasaki! They had the best inventory and really happy with my new KLR650. Brandon was an awesome sales person to guide me through which KLR model to get based on my riding experience. No surprises at all in the deal.
