My Granddaughter loves Rue21. Great prices, great rewards. And, when they have a clearance sale, you can't beat it. Great place where young ladies can shop for their style.

I really enjoy shopping here! rue21 is one of those rare teen/early adult stores that accurately follows trends and offers an experience that feels like YOU'RE in control of your wardrobe, rather than your parents being the ones buying all of your clothes. Service was great, and this is one of the few times I think having teenage staff is a better alternative to middle aged workers. It offers an easier connection to young customers and it gives working youth an opportunity to build their professional social skills. I give four out of five stars because, despite all its positives, I do have to admit that rue21 is generally overpriced, so if you're looking for a back to school haul rather than a few new tops, I'd recommend somewhere cheaper.

Teenage grandchild, after first visit: "This store is amazing. It has clothes for men, women, teenage boys and teenage girls, from nice warm hoodies to jewelry if you want to get fancy."
