Today was my final straw with Safeway Pharmacy. I’ve been going there for almost 3 1/2 years and have given so many opportunities to Redeem themselves. They are lazy and extremely short with people instead of periodically taking lunch breaks the whole pharmacy just takes off at 1:30 Just seems extremely unprofessional and under extremely poor, timid management. Will be trying other pharmacies around Longmont and surrounding areas because of how big of a this Pharmacy is.

Everybody here has been friendly and professional, I love this pharmacy! I transferred from CVS, which was just the worst. This feels like a small, local pharmacy and I love it, especially Roxanne.

Pharmacists and Techs are kind, just wish there were two people checking out customers so the line would move as are there’s no where to sit down or lean against something while you wait and it sometimes is over a half hour of standing in line (unless you bring your cart into line, but that is narrow and makes it so others can’t shop the items next to the line).Perhaps it’s time to bring back electronic beepers to notify customers when it’s their turn, just like restaurants. I’d say paper numbers like a deli shop, but in the day of reducing single-use waste and elderly/disabled/other differences being more prevalent, a vibrating light-up device would be better. We could also continue shopping while waiting, which would actually make me very happy, so I don’t feel too exhausted to shop after getting my medications.If y’all can find a solution to the longer lines, that would increase my rating. It’s not even a staffing issue when there’s literally only one pick-up window and no alternatives than to stand there forever. I’m positive other customers are also feeling upset about this taking it out on the poor employees, of which, I think are doing a great job.Just need to rethink and modernize your system of picking up and dropping off scripts ?

Zach and Roxanne and other pharmacy employees have always been professional and kind with me. They have offered me very useful information and suggested programs that saved me a ton of money. They are rock stars in my book.

This is the worst pharmacy. They tell you it'll be ready in an hour, not! Still wasn't ready 15 hours later. Then the clerk said five minutes, not! Try half an hour later, standing in pain waiting. I've never liked this Safeway and now I really don't!I'll never shop at any Safeway again.Kroger should buy these storesout

The folks here are absolute lifesavers and the MVP’s of my week. I was having issues filling a prescription through Medicaid, one that would improve my quality of life immensely, more than words can even describe. There were complications with the prescription due to my insurance. Despite being understaffed and overworked, they were able to help me fill it and devoted extra time and effort to my needs. Truly they went above and beyond. Thank you both. I would give you an infinite number of stars if I could!!!!

Unprofessional and rude. Pharmacy technician and pharmacist had a 5 minute long argument about my situation in front of me and other customers. It came to an end without resolution when the pharmacist started ignoring the tech and the tech through her hands up in frustration. I understand that there is a lot of stress at the pharmacy counter, but I don't trust this team with my health.

I dont know about the pharmacy but I just called to talk to store about ordering deli stuff and was told to look it up. No time to talk to me. Really? We are all busy. They just lost a customer that has lived here for 26 yrs....

I like the store because the people are nice the meat selections okay, it's nearby ,the seafood selection is anything to be desired but the one thing that really bothers me about this place is the produce I'm so tired of buying produce that when I come home and open it up it's rotten. Avocados, they're delicious right? Picked too early? or I don't know what's wrong with these things all I know is that the produce manager sucks I think he's so freaking cool I go in there, the parsley sucks if these tiny little bunches I mean tiny when they range from like what 79 cents to a 1:39? and they're tiny bunches it's like seriously? I don't know where he's ordering from or why he thinks he has the slightest clue of what produce is or what good produce is I think he's in the wrong profession. It's time to ease on down the road buddy!
