Love sams club and all it's high quality product, although the good feeling soon went sour when an associate lied to my face saying he had a promotion offer for me for no additional charge that later ended up being a 100$ charge for a plus membership. As a frugal shopper and a young man always looking for the best deal, I asked the employee to confirm several times that this would not result any additional charge and he pleaded it was purely promotional for a gift card I would be receiving. It was not. He lied. F*** you sams club.

Longmont Sam's Club staff (Specially Sarah Mendez at Store #4987 ) is so friendly and solved my membership problem with in 30mis which was dragging years. The problem was related to the Cash Back on the Credit Card. The Problem: I'm the primary of the Sam's membership and my wife is secondary and She got the credit card from Sam's but I'm not in the credit account so what happened every year when we get cash back, She couldn't take out since she is not the primary of the Sam's membership and I couldn't take out either because i'm not in the credit account. Every year we had to spend 7-8hrs to explain this to their hotline and some how got the credit back to the card as a payment. But Sarah Mendez in Longmont Sam's helped us quickly to solve this problem by creating a new membership and add my wife as a primary to it (Nobody ever told us that can be solved this problem) and No credit pull again rather she called the credit card company to update to the new membership. We highly recommended this Store!!!

We live in fort lupton and my husband stopped in to get a few necessities for us, and was turned away because he was not a "plus" member. There were four cars in the parking lot. The lady told him he could pay more to upgrade so he could come in....this is the type of business model that makes sense? Paying for a membership in general should be enough. Will not be renewing, Costco it is.

Great store. The people are always nice and welcome . I have gotten 2 electric things from there. The place is always clean. I have found what I'm looking for every time. The people are always nice and helpful.. Great place to shop if you're a member.

My story about Sam's is a long one! It was a lousy night wind rain and traffic in fact it took us 2 hours and 10 minutes to just get to Sams. I felt horrible because I had to wake Logan up to go to inside the store. I was going in strictly to buy 4 pies. All I took in in way of currency was enough to buy the pies. I went to the store early November to get snow tires for my wife's car. I paid in full for the tires and installation but was told that I would have to wait because they don't stock snow tires. After a week, the store still did not call me so I dropped in to check on the status. They told me to wait a few more days. After 3 weeks, I called again and was told the tires are still not in stock. My wife is now complaining that we've had multiple snow storms and she still has to drive in dangerous conditions with no snow tires. It is now December and I'm still waiting and the store tells me that they still cannot give me a definite date. My patience is wearing thin.

I went to the gas station in Longmont and my card was compromised by a skimmer and I called to talk to the manager Brian and he was like. Oh well it happens. He then had to tell me a story about how he just got back from Florida and the lady in front of him got skimmed and he didn't. I don't care about him. I will not be using this gas station again. Not worth the trouble verses price.

this is probably the worst place, very poorly run, every single member of management in the "fresh" area is brainless and clueless and knows nothing about food, also a high chance of the product being out of date as I've seen countless times employees leaving product out when it's expired, avoid at all costs, a Walmart company is a Walmart company

Has all the same great products as other Sams. Only place I've seen one cashier open on a Saturday afternoon with a line blocking the walkway. The cafe is always delicious but I was shocked to find the blond young lady who was preparing all the food wearing her hairnet incorrectly. With all the hair that was out of her bun fully exposed it seems she doesn't understand the purpose or the hairnet.

All of the credit card machines have skimmers on them in the store and at their gas station! My credit card info has been stolen 3 times immediately after shopping at this store.

I think it's wonderful that now when you shop at Sam's they have someone unloading your cart and loading your groceries back into the cart. However, it takes 2 people per checkout line so when you've got to check stands open and miles of people wanting to check out you could really use that extra person to open Elaine instead of bagging my groceries. If I had a choice between someone boxing my groceries and me not waiting 30 minutes in line to check out I think I would box my own groceries
