I used to love sam's club, but they keep discontinuing the products that I like. Other than that, the prices are pretty fair, but nothing fantastic. Most things I can get at walmart at or near the same price. Imagine that... Looking at new costco as a possible alternative. We'll see....

Love the Sams Club in Longmont! They have a great team, they are always friendly. The manager Brian, I have interacted with several times.I love that they have self checkout and scan and go! Also, their snacks are way better than Costco!

This Sam's club deli accidentally heard my 8 year old daughter's order wrong (She ordered 2 Icees and a big slice of pizza because the slices are "big"). The deli ordered and charged us for a whole pizza. My daughter told me it would be 8 minutes so I just thought they had to make more. I needed to go check a price and when I came back there was not a slice of pizza on the counter. I asked my daughter for the receipt and she said that she didn't get one. The nice lady saw me and brought over a whole pizza along with the receipt. I explained that we just wanted a "big" slice of pizza and she told me to go ask for a refund and they would probably tell me to take the whole pizza. But to come back and she would give us a piece of pizza since our order was incorrect. I went to ask for a refund and they refunded me and asked if I got my slice of pizza. I said "no" and then went back to the deli to get my daughter's slice of pizza. The nice deli lady saw me and told me to just take the whole pizza as she already made it and that she understands it is more than I want, but to just take it. As a single mom, I thanked her and thought to myself "well... I guess me and my daughter's are having pizza for dinner" and I put the pizza in the cart. As I walk toward the exit the lady that refunded me rudely stops me. "Is that the pizza I just refunded you for?, I said "yes". The rude lady said "I am letting her know that I refunded you". I explained that the deli lady knew it was refunded and it was given to me and my 2 daughters. She responds "Well... if you are going to take that pizza home, then you can get back in line and pay for it". I gave her the pizza. I then saw one of the managers and explained what happened and that I had been treated rudely. She was willing to give us a slice of pizza as the rude customer service person stood beside her but honestly as a single mother with anxiety issues, I was so upset and was just ready to leave. I felt like I was treated like a criminal, like I was stealing something that had been given to me after a mistake. I literally left there feeling like I was caught trying to steal, angry, frustrated and in tears. Not how I like to feel at a place I spend so much money at.

I really hope this store goes out of business very soon. This location has already been identified to close once Costco opens on Ken Pratt. And, whoever might be listening from Sam's, your customers DO NOT WORK FOR YOU. This location had EVERYONE checking out their own groceries...No cashiers. This location is dead dead dead.

Everyone is so kind and friendly at this store. The managers are being super professional even while a guy has a meltdown at the entrance about items not on his receipt being in the cart.

Sales/Customer Service have always been very polite and helpful. Love the self checkout saving so much time waiting in line for a clerk checkout. Many items available that are not in Costco.

F****** AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went in for our regular trips to sams club. We used our app to check out, when we tried to leave they "weren't able to scan" or E-receipt. We were charge $430 for groceries we couldn't even leave the store with. Katie and Brandon were 1. Extremely unhelpful, 2. Basically told us to REPAY for everything we already paid for because there was an issue verifying we were old enough to buy beer. Sam's club needs better managers. So because two kids didn't know what to do, we had to leave our cart full for them to put away. Im going to go ahead and cancel my membership. Because this whole encounter was b******** We now have to contact our bank to release the $430 we just spent and weren't able to leave with. 0/10 for customer service. Y'all should definitely have people that scan peoples receipts know how do to more than stand there with their phones

Terrible customer service at the service desk. complained 3 times to Store Manager, but he does not seem to care!!!! Not happy with this store. Do not have your main customer service person be terrible and non caring. Please get rid of bad Customer service people too many people are kind. Management you know who I am speaking of. M

Love sams club and all it's high quality product, although the good feeling soon went sour when an associate lied to my face saying he had a promotion offer for me for no additional charge that later ended up being a 100$ charge for a plus membership. As a frugal shopper and a young man always looking for the best deal, I asked the employee to confirm several times that this would not result any additional charge and he pleaded it was purely promotional for a gift card I would be receiving. It was not. He lied. F*** you sams club.

Longmont Sam's Club staff (Specially Sarah Mendez at Store #4987 ) is so friendly and solved my membership problem with in 30mis which was dragging years. The problem was related to the Cash Back on the Credit Card. The Problem: I'm the primary of the Sam's membership and my wife is secondary and She got the credit card from Sam's but I'm not in the credit account so what happened every year when we get cash back, She couldn't take out since she is not the primary of the Sam's membership and I couldn't take out either because i'm not in the credit account. Every year we had to spend 7-8hrs to explain this to their hotline and some how got the credit back to the card as a payment. But Sarah Mendez in Longmont Sam's helped us quickly to solve this problem by creating a new membership and add my wife as a primary to it (Nobody ever told us that can be solved this problem) and No credit pull again rather she called the credit card company to update to the new membership. We highly recommended this Store!!!

We live in fort lupton and my husband stopped in to get a few necessities for us, and was turned away because he was not a "plus" member. There were four cars in the parking lot. The lady told him he could pay more to upgrade so he could come in....this is the type of business model that makes sense? Paying for a membership in general should be enough. Will not be renewing, Costco it is.

Great store. The people are always nice and welcome . I have gotten 2 electric things from there. The place is always clean. I have found what I'm looking for every time. The people are always nice and helpful.. Great place to shop if you're a member.
