I'm a novice painter gearing up to paint several rooms in my home. Matt was super helpful on showing me what I needed, where to invest and where to save on supplies - all while avoiding making me feel d*** :). He juggled my high-maintenance visit with other professional painting customers that came in throughout my visit. It was a great experience.

I had my house painted years ago with all Kwal paint from this location. I built a barn 6 years ago and Sherwin-Williams at this location was able to replicate the two Kwal colors of the house for me. Now I repaired house siding and this store was not able to replicate my trim color. Then when I went back for another gallon of the base color, the service tech said they have no white base, of any quality level to make paint from. They could not give me an ETA when they expect any. “An industry wide paint shortage” was blamed. I went to Lowes, Home Depot and ACE - all had shelf after shelf of multiple brands and quality levels of white base paint. I am very disappointed in Sherwin-Williams. I converted to Behr and the match is fine.

Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I needed a match on a custom colored solid deck stain. This was the only store that was able to match it perfectly. Sherwin-Williams is the absolute best for exterior paints and stains.They may be pricey, but you get what you pay for. Before you go in to the store, check out their website for coupons and specials; you can often save 25-30%.

Terrible experience buying paint from Sherwin Williams NOT honoring Curbside Pickup as Advertised!Longmont-Ken Pratt #16541197 Ken Pratt BlvdLongmont, CO80501-6331(303) 776-7037On Saturday August 1st, 2020, I was excited to see that Sherwin Williams offered Curbside Pickup since I am in the High Risk category!Since I am staying at home I have lots of DIY projects that involve painting! So I got started on a pantry project, ordered the paint online. Paid for it no problem. Got my receipt in the email and it said that they will let me know when I can come and pick up my order. Usually within 2 hours. But they notified me in under twenty minutes. They said to have a photo ID and my order number handy and to call the number given and they will bring my paint out to the car. Perfect!So I did all. That. Got to the store, called the number and the clerk was really rude. He said I have to come inside. I told him that the web site says you do curbside. He replied, "yeah, we don't do that anymore! We don't do credit cards over the phone!" I Tod him I already paid for it! He started to yell, They aren't supposed to do that! He got increasingly rude. After yelling a bit more he asked what car I was in. I told him I was in the only car in his lot. He then hung up abruptly! After about 4 minutes he came out with a box. I had the back hatch opened up and I was holding my order verification and Photo ID. He literally slung the box into the back and started to walk away. I asked him if there were two cans in the box. He said what? I repeated and he said yes as he continued to walk away. I asked if he needed to see my order receipt or Photo ID but he just kept walking away.Doesn't make me want to keep doing business with these guys. Maybe better to just order Paint on-Line if you are in the At Risk category. This is no way to be treated for simply following the instructions given on the web site.
