Lazy manager. Refuses to look up a receipt for a purchase I made at his store. What happened to customer service? Too many other options out there to put up with resistance to help out a customer. Lost my business for that.

A very good experience for quickly and beautifully printed Christmas letters double sided with letter on one side and highlight photos on the other. Mary, in the print department, was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure i was totally taken care of and will be a returning customer. Thanks, Mary!!

Went on to get a connector for my mouse to my mac and I couldn't get any help from anyone. I had a sample of the mouse one...the other is a mac laptop. The cashier would not even look at the possibilities I brought up to question.i left and went to Best Buy next door. Three different customer service people offered to help. me.
