Save yourself the time and just drive to the Starbucks inside safeway right across the street or go to the one on main. They always get my order wrong here not to mention they still get mad when you ask them to fix it and the cashiers always have an attitude. For almost $9 a coffee they should at least give the customer what theyre asking for

I want to say THANK YOU to the sweet lady at Starbucks working the morning of October 24. I asked her if she could write a nice note on my drink because I was taking a huge exam and she wrote the sweetest notes on it. Thank you for being so sweet- I passed!!!!

I’ve been to this location numerous times and a frequent Starbucks fan. This morning I tried to purchase the drinks in the car behind me the girl at the window said, “I would appreciate if you didn’t do that unless you know them.” She argued with me saying it got confusing for her. I have done this numerous times are various places and never had someone refuse me to do that. The manager came over and was rude and let me do it. I will not be returning to this location and potentially to this company as a whole. There are far better coffee shops around Longmont.

The manager Holly is absolutely terrible. She has no business running a Starbucks what so ever. I could go into detail but I'll leave it at that.

Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to even be greeted and have my order taken because apparently it takes all of the employees to order more coffee and cake? When the barista came she was professional but seemed annoyed to have to serve a customer, only reason it got 2 stars is because when I eventually did get my coffee, it was tasty.

Just went through the drive-through at the Hoover location... cashier charged another customers credit card, manager came over and made the comment that they’re not gonna charge me because of the debacle. The cashier then said “NO it’s four drinks!!! I appreciated the offer of the manager I greatly did not appreciate the cashier. Not because I didn’t get free coffee, it was her error, and very common in business to make a concession for such a blunder. It’s been years since I’ve been to Starbucks, being Thanksgiving I was desperate. I will never return
