My drink and food were wrong which is insane considering the prices. I also worked at Starbucks for over a year so I know it’s not that complicated to make coffee.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it needs to change if it wants to keep this daily customer. Over the past few weeks the service and quality of my drinks is horrible. I am a regular between 5 & 6 am. I order a 24oz Brown Sugar & Oat milk shaken espresso . The past 5 times they have handed me a beverage full of ice where the coffee line is at least 1 inch from the top. I can see ice above the liquid level to boot. I ask to please fill it up with a bit more oat milk and every time I get argued with. This morning the barista argued with me again. Took my drink and said I’ll only add a drop. Handed me back my cup and he didn’t even do that. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT DOES THIS. I order from Boulder and Broomfield locations during the day as well and have never experienced such rudeness and low quality. How do I pay $7.51 for a beverage that is all ice and then get argued with?? So I actually transferred this drink into an 12 oz cup no ice, it did not even fill it up. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for 34 years. I started at the original one in downtown Seattle. You are about to lose a customer unless you can change things and quick. I’d rather go to a local spot with customer service. The picture I am, including is the drink, and this one is actually fuller than the one they gave me yesterday.

Caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino is delicious and this is a great quick stop for a pick-me-up drink!

First of all as with any constructive criticism the atmosphere is immaculate, there seemed to be ample staff and they were civil. On the back end of the experience it took over ten minutes to be served...the wrong drink. I normally don't issue complaints but this one is warrented: it's not the first time that it has happened. I lost track of the number...but oh well civil, am I right...and certainly not prone to discrimination.

Get this - it's a Starbucks. BUT the staff are super nice and helpful. Place is always really clean and their coffee is consistent. They always nail my weirdly specific orders. Definitely my favorite Starbucks.

The guy working there with blue hair and throat and hand tattoos was so incredibly rude to my 4 year old daughter, she said hi twice and he didn't even look at her, didn't great us, just said "what can I get you" I told him "wow no greeting or anything she said hi to you twice" to which he said "hi" with uncalled for attitude. She's 4. Is it that hard to give kind acknowledgment?

Have gone here many times. Have even worked in this location, never have I interacted with someone so blatantly rude. I didn't catch his name, but the young man working who has the hand and throat tattoos with blueish shaggy hair, blatantly ignored my daughter twice, once I told him she said hi twice he responded "hi" with an attitude completely uncalled for. No greeting at all even when he walked up to the register he only said 'what did you want?' I responded with' we are going to another Starbucks, that was rude.' My daughter is 4 years old, shes loud enough, i know he heard her and chose to ignore her. When i was a barrista i never would have ignored anyone and i most definitely would give a damn greeting.

This store is 100% a wonderful place I’ve been able to come and knock out some work, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and the drinks are literally always made perfect (even the hard ones!) A truly sweet store, has so much personality and the team really makes it. Dawn has been specifically especially wonderful every time I’ve visited, being kind about my orders and keeping up with the store effortlessly.

This Starbucks moves at a glacial pace making drinks. They weren't even that busy. I wanted 15 minutes for my drink. Pls do better managing your bottlenecks.
