Had a great experience purchasing a new RV. They gave us a great deal, secured the financing, and are storing the RV for us for free until we can pick it up. Mike, one of their technicians, did an excellent job showing us everything we needed to know about the RV and offered some great tips along the way. It was also nice working with John (salesman) and Jared (finance director) as they were both communicative and helpful.

Had a great experience while getting my first RV. I had a model in mind for a few years the I was dead set on and I saw online that they had a used one come in. Their Sales Pro, John, was super helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Their Finance Pro, Jared, went out his way to find me the best financing which ended up being much better than I had even planned for. Normally, you would expect your best case scenario to not be met, but he surprised me with a plan that exceeded my needs. Thanks again to all there at Trailer Source Longmont!

We found a unit on Facebook Marketplace that was advertised here; however, when we went back for the walk through and closing, it was the worst experience we've ever had as customers. We were told from sales that we would be able to test everything out to ensure everything works. This was important to us as buyers because these units are sold "as is." The employee doing walk through told us he can't let us test everything. He told us he doesn't have time for this and this isn't his job. After multiple complaints from this employee, he finally agreed to let us test everything. Then, during the walk through, whenever I asked him a question he would tell me "just let me do my job" or that "I am trying to show your husband how ___ works." I have never felt that disrespected as a female customer. Then, we met with finance at our scheduled time to close. He told us he only has 10 minutes before he has a delivery to do. We were going through the paperwork and noticed a few concerns. The interest rate was much higher than what we were quoted, even though we have exceptional credit. It also didn't verify if there would be an early payoff penalty and we were only allowed a 10 year term (nothing less). When we asked him about this, he said he doesn't have time for this. He said he's just the finance guy and has nothing to do with the banking side. We asked if he had a contact from the bank to verify there's no penalty. He said "No, but you can try calling their 800 number yourself" and said he's leaving. So, we asked if we could pay cash. He said he would have to charge us 10% more if we wanted to pay cash. He told us we could just walk away because he has other work to do. We decided to risk it and signed off.We were very excited for this special day to pick up our unit, but Trailer Source was so rude, disrespectful, and agitated that they ruined it. The departments have no communication with each other and blame any issues or failed promises on someone else and claim it's not their job. The first thing we did when we got home was removed all of the Trailer Source stickers. We love our new little unit, but you should definitely shop elsewhere.told me to let him do his job and he was "trying to show your husband" how things work.

Do NOT put down a "refundable deposit" to hold any sort of product. If you decide to hold off on your purchase, they will keep it, then ghost you.

Overall, we had a pretty off-putting experience with this dealer and cannot provide them a good review. We purchased our first RV from them almost 5 months ago and have had various issues since then - most surrounding the fitting of our hitch.Their lack of attention to detail and poor communication were most disappointing, with numerous small mistakes adding up & oversights happening at each visit - scheduled appointments disappeared from their schedule by the time we arrived (despite me confirming in the days beforehand), a lot of push-back when we requested to have a full pre-delivery inspection (this was a used trailer), not getting key items when we took our RV home for the first time (i.e. power cord, door keys - the keys WE had to ask for right before leaving the dealer, the power cord we had to drive back for), double-charging, an ill-fitting hitch riser that scraped and dented our new truck’s tailgate, a replacement riser we were told had arrived but when we showed up for the install we were then told it had not arrived, eventually replacing the riser with a properly fitting one (for which WE provided the part number) that was supposedly new from the manufacturer yet it was scratched and rusted (Trailer Source reimbursed me when I requested it).At their base, I want to believe they try to do right by the customer: they replaced a skylight that was damaged by hail while on their property, they reversed the duplicate charges, they let us store the RV while we waited for our new truck delivery, they reimbursed the rusty/scratch “new” hitch when I asked. And they seemed to have the skills to safely fit and install hitches. However, at our final visit, when we came to pick up our new hitch, truck & trailer, they had everything all hooked up for us ready to go, which was nice, but on our drive home one of our weight-distribution bars fell off (it was not fully secured in place)! Luckily, we had already exited the highway and no damage or injury happened, but that does not make this oversight any less unacceptable. Just because, out of pure luck, there were no consequences, does not cancel out the magnitude of such a mistake. On a matter of principle and philosophically speaking, there were so many mishaps and errors along the way that all added up, I just can’t see us doing business with them again. The amount of time and gas spent driving back & forth, their poor communication, and most critically the stabilizer bar that fell off were just inadmissible.

Camping trailers are all basically the same. It's who you buy from that makes the difference. I've dealt with nearly every dealer in the area and found the people at Trailer Source to be the absolute best. Our new camper that we picked up 2 weeks ago unfortunately had some big issues to be fixed. The team at the Mead dealership worked very hard to get our rig in the shop right away and did their best to correct the problems so we could start enjoying our East to West Tandara as soon as possible. Check them out next time you need a camper or just parts.

I would not buy from them or use their service. We bought a lemon, had nothing but issues with it and every single time we took it in it was the same story “we couldn’t replicate the issue you have.” So we pick it up, go camping, and have no heater or AC again. So we decide hey, let’s trade it in, cut our lakes and get a hopefully better and actually working trailer. Lol nope! This has less issue, albeit still issues and yet it’s the same story “we can’t find the issue you describe therefore we can’t do anything.” So here’s your trailer back with no heat, poor AC, a fridge that cools to 50°, and a propane leak.

I love these guys!!! They make us feel like valued customers, always taking care of our rv needs. They are an honest and trustworthy company with great prices for their services. We tell everyone that has an rv to go to Trailer Source. From our awning repair, solar panels, Dish Network installation to our road ready inspection (greasing axels and bearings and roof sealant) top to bottom service pits our minds at ease with their exceptional service and professionalism. Thank you Trailer Souce, wish you were in more states!!!

Dealer lacks integrity. Our 7-month-old trailer needed some warranty work done.I called Trailer Source Inc. in Longmont, Colorado, asking if they would handle the warranty repairs for us even though we had not purchased the RV from them and was told that, yes, they would do the warranty work. They contacted Winnebago and got approval to move forward with the repairs, and an appointment was made. When they trailer was taken in for the appointment, we were told that there should be no issue in having all the repairs completed within the next three weeks in time for a trip we had scheduled. After one week, I reached out to see how things were going and was told they were waiting on parts but that the time frame for repairs still looked good. Week two, I reached out and was told the same thing. I asked what repairs had been completed and was told none but that the tech had looked at everything and would start on the repairs soon. Week three, same. I called the day the trailer was to be picked up and was told that none of the repairs had been made.I went to the dealership and spoke to a service manager who told me that the dealership never should have taken in the trailer for repairs. He said it was their company policy that they did not do warranty work on trailers that were not purchased from them, and he said they would not be completing the repairs. In disbelief, I explained how they had filed the claim, received approval, made an appointment, and kept the trailer for three weeks. I asked why I wasn’t ever told that they would not be doing the work. He repeated their company policy and stated that the person I first spoke to was new and made a mistake.I think the “right” thing for a decent business to do would have been to complete the work they had agreed to.This is not a company that I will do any business with in the future.

so im updating my review because of a few problems we've found with our NEW travel trailer....all in all..not a bad deal...but your carpenters are garbage...ive found trim pieces that arent secure...wall backer for the tv in the master bedroom is smaller than the one for the living room...you gave us a 50 amp cord and no reducer for 30 amp sites....and while i completely understand the extra time you spent getting the trailer brakes working, the wires were left exposed and hanging; not to mention my wifes alarm doesnt work anymore! you guys had 30 days notice of our intention to pickup the unit and yet it was stuck in the mud...NOT WASHED as promised...and there was saw dust and garbage in the floor vents....also the seams in the shower and wallpaper... arent....WE TIPPED YOU GUYS 40 BUCKS A PIECE!!!43 GRAND FOR THIS THING AND YOU COULDNT EVEN MAKE SURE MY NEW HOME WAS "READY TO GO"!??JUST SAD

Edited Review: I was contacted by the Marketing Manager almost immediately after this review was posted. We had our documents within 3 days and all has been taken care of. Thank you Nick! We are now happy with our RV purchase from Trailer Source.Bought an RV from Trailer Source at the end of January this year. All went well until it got close to our temporary license expiring. Called many times and never got an answer why the title wasn’t being sent to our county so we could license the RV. Was told several times they would get back to me and never did. After many calls I was finally given the phone number for their tax and title department. We were then sent another temporary license. Now we are approaching the expiration of that license and still no title and they said they can’t extend the temporary any longer. Feel we keep getting the run around as to why they can’t send the title. For a business who prides themselves on being service oriented, don’t believe it! We will soon have an RV that we can’t drive because we can’t get it licensed. Very poor customer service.

We purchased our first Travel Trailer from Trailer Source back in January. We wanted to wait a bit to post a review, as we've had some bad luck with service departments/warranties in the past and was interested to see how painful it may be with Trailer Source. If you're looking for a good RV Dealer in Colorado, this is the place. We worked with Dan at first to pick out of first RV. He is hands down the best salesperson we've ever worked with. He's incredibly knowledgable, kind, and took the time to answer the hundreds of questions that we had as new RV owners. Never once did we feel pressured or confused about any aspect of our purchase. After the sale, we met with Brandon for a full walkthrough of every piece of the RV. We went in to the meeting knowing absolutely nothing about RVs, but left having zero questions and being fully confident to leave the lot. We've had a few VERY minor issues with our RV since we purchased, note that none of them are related to Trailer Source in any way (primarily cosmetic issues that we overlooked). Working with the Eric and the Service Department is amazing. They're very understanding, worked with our schedule, and answered all questions that we've had.Couldn't rate this company any higher.

I just want to give a shout-out to everyone that helped me out from the Longmont Trailer Source location. They sold our family the first camper and we drove out to California to pick it up. Everyone there was amazing to deal with, I really felt taken care of and that is not something you say usually at any dealership. I doubt that this is my last trailer from them. 5 stars!!!!

Not as happy with work done. Felt finished product should look a lot better for money spent.
