Vape leaked, contacted company and they said they would speak with Steve. Took a month but they shipped me a new vape. Good customer service but a little slow.

I've tried everything from concentrates to the coffee face scrub and I am IN LOVE with the quality of Steve's Goods. I'm a longtime fan of the relaxation and pain relief I've gotten from the various flavors of wax! You gotta give it a try.

Definitely the best place to go for CBD. There are many different options and Steve is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He will take the time to explain the difference in the options. The concentrates and cartridges are the best I’ve had and the flavors are spot on. The girl scout cookies is a truly remarkable flavor. I will keep coming back.

I REALLY hate leaving bad reviews on local businesses, but I am writing hoping it catches someone's attention at the company. I received CBD oil in the mail that was supposedly sealed but completely empty. I have messaged support three times, called, visited the store (which is never open). Nothing. What on earth is going on? I am just out the money I guess, with no recourse. It is an awful feeling - especially in this economy where everything costs more - to pay good money for something, not receive it, and then be utterly ignored.

Very disappointed with customer service. There is no one you can actually talk to, just a chat on the website. They claim it’ll take 2-3 days for the order to be shipped but it’s been a week and my order is just sitting there. Only update is that a label has been made and that was 2 days ago. Very upsetting.
