I've worked with Stickergiant through the years and they've always come through with awesomeness. I got the chance to tour the place a bit recently (thanks Sam!) and was given a few samples. I forgot the stickers in my jeans and found them after the wash cycle was done. Stickers came through and worked perfectly. No bleed, no destruction, just awesomeness. Not a test I would've considered - but Stickergiant passed with flying colors (literally).

Changed the backers for a product without updating the listing (was still wrong for several days after our complaint) and just offered us half-off a reorder when we pointed out that our 10,000 stickers were not made how they were listed on the website. The print looks good, but we can't get any of the backs off. We plan on reordering with a different backing system since that's the best they can do for us, but just be aware that you might not get what you're expecting.

I’ve ordered business stickers from here three times now and I’m so impressed with the quality, price and expeditious turn around. Customer service is top notch too. They misprinted my recent re-order on incorrect material. Customer service made it so simple to get the issue resolved and new labels were on their way in just a few days! Highly recommend Sticker Giant!

They don't seem to read emails when working on proofs. They grabbed the image in my corporate signature 2 or 3 different times and ignored the actual document I was sending over. Then after more than a week of emailing back and forth (some of which was my fault, but I clarified that) they finally used the correct file and mangled the entire thing. I canceled the order and submitted to a competitor, they were able process the image with no questions. I wish I hadn't wasted a week with Sticker Giant.

I ordered labels from another online company and they didn't stick -- I was upset and couldn't believe it. So I tried StickerGiant, and my team said, "these labels really stick!" Plus they're a bit thicker and substantial. On an order today somehow it was doubled, so I chatted with them and they immediately found the issue and fixed it, and credited my account. Love StickerGiant!
