When we went in the guys there where awsome. But the lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives, avocado were just icky. The lettuce had turned brown from being old, the tomatoes where slimy and mooshy. Avocado was starting to brown as well. Banana peppers and olives had just started to dry up and become hard and or little raisins.

Why are the cookies always so hard? I wonder how much profit goes in the trash each night when they have to throw them out? It's a simple resolve, take them out about 3 minutes earlier than they have been.

Pulled up to the place at 8:45 and the door was locked on the website. It doesn’t say they’re locked till nine and when I try to pull on the door, I saw the guy peek his head and go back in trying to hide horrible service waste of my time on the Trip. No wonder they have three stars

Steer clear of this subway at all costs! Vegetables were not fresh, lettuce was turning brown and everything was obviously days old. The only redeeming point was the nice and apologetic young man that made the sandwich. Other employees sitting in the restaurant seemed to think it was funny that I was asking for fresh food from the back which they either did not have or were not allowed to get out. Department of public health should investigate this place.

Subway, just out pizzad the hut. This work place, the tables, the food, the service, everything is fantastic. The place is nice and tidy too, I don't have to worry about getting sick or anything while I'm here.

On 7/17/23, I placed an order through the Subway website/app for a single sandwich. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that they were unable to fulfill my order due to a lack of available stock. While I understand that inventory discrepancies can happen, I was taken aback when the representative informed me that neither a refund nor a gift card could be offered as a resolution.Subsequently, I requested that someone from Subway's customer service team reach out to me to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, despite my request, I have not received any follow-up communication from the company, leaving the issue unresolved.This experience has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disheartened, as I had expected a higher level of customer service from a reputable brand like Subway. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the convenience of online ordering. However, this incident has cast a shadow on my perception of the brand.

Absolute worst customer service of any subway I’ve ever been to. This has been a theme at this subway for years. I go back a couple times a year to see if anything changed since it’s near my house… NOPE. How the manager CHRISTINA still has a job is beyond me. The owner obviously doesn’t care!!
