Diana the manager was amazing. There were a few times where I was late in a payment and I would let her know about it and she was totally understandable. The price was good for the size we rented. It was a pleasant place to keep my items.

I had used other storage places for years. Never again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The units are easily accessible and clean. The prices are lower and don't change price. Why go anywhere else?

Checked out a few storage places in the area. Definitely the best balance of price and quality, in my opinion. What sold me was the super kind staff.

This has to be one of the best storage facilities that I've ever had the pleasure of using. I believe the lady that runs this place is named Diane. She is really great and she will work with you if you are to ever run into a bind as I did. She actually allowed me to miss a payment and it took me a couple months to catch it up. Other places would've probably evicted me and took my stuff. I now have her all caught up but I know if I was to ever run into another problem she would be there to help me figure it out. She is very respectful also and I feel very comfortable around her as she treats me just like anyone else. The property is nice. They have trouble with the exit gate from time to time but they always get it fixed very fast. I always feel like my things are secure and that is important to me. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone that is looking to store their personal property in the Longmont area.

Diana, the manager, is fantastic and totally on the ball! She made my move out really easy. My only complaints are, I feel like the units are a little too expensive, some of the clientele are kinda meh, and no climate control units. Still, i recommend sugar mill self storage. Thanks Diana!

They are always helpful to make my move in as pleasant as possible. The onsite maintenance guy made sure snow is off of my unit and watches the facility at night. This is a friendly and safe storage facility.
