Our appointments always run late even though we have booked a slot. Also this time the hairdresser didn’t listen well to instructions. We asked for a fade and she did a shave. My son didn’t like the haircut. I think it’s just too busy there and not enough staff.

Specialties: I don’t think Super Cuts has any specialty. You have to find a stylist who knows what they’re doing, stick with them and hope they don’t leave for a better position.
Stylist: Annie is the best stylist I’ve had. She’s personable , professional and suggested a better way to accomplish the look I wanted. She’s also quick and when she finishes the end look is perfect.

I had a reservation but when I arrived (5 min early) they were already over 45 min behind. I had to leave and will need to find somewhere else to get my hair cut.

Stylist: TYLER! Tyler has been cutting my hair for 3 years now! He’s just the best! He listens to me when/ if I suggest or ask a question regarding my hair. Always beyond happy with my haircut/ brow waxing ! Thanks Ty

I really should have listened to the 1 star reviews, but was in a bind and couldn’t get in anywhere else on short notice. Total mistake. My stylist didn’t offer her name, and wasn’t interested in having me in her chair long enough for me to ask. I’m just glad I got the bare minimum trim. It was inexpensive but I would have been better off not going in at all.

No one really knew anything about your Tea Tree experience ended up not getting it. Stylist could of been dressed nicer. It wasn't her fault for not knowing only 3rd day on job. But the other person didn't know.

The stylist was not fully there...I asked for shampoo when I booked the appointment, didn't get shampooed because I only wanted a trim. And also said she could "try" to give my daughter bangs. Horrible place
