Jake was awesome!!! I walked in close to closing time to add a line to my plan. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient! He never made us feel rushed (even though he had every right to when I walked in so late!) Answered all of our questions and demonstrated true customer service excellence!! Merry Christmas and thanks again Jake!

Misogynistic assistant manager. Very disappointing experience with Brian the assistant manager. Went in to get a new phone. At one point I had three men working there yelling and talking down to me about “corporate policies”. As soon as my husband arrived, Brian’s tone completely changed and he did a full 180. He stopped yelling and interrupting and said he’d “take our feedback into into consideration.” It’s incredibly disappointing that misogyny is alive and well and on full display at this location.

Bad customer service Jessica had an attitude. Got a new phone that only came with the cord didn’t even let me know that I needed the cube. Bad service.

Very disappointed with service here. I'm a longtime Verizon customer. I heard tmobile had a free trial program. I stopped in the store and Jonah told me there is no free trial. So he suggested I just buy a SIM and try for one month. I paid $50. Later I saw on website that there is indeed a 3 month free trial, so we signed up for it on my wife's phone. I asked for a refund and was declined. I texted Jonah and got no response. I went back into the store and even the manager (Chris?) said he knew nothing of a 3 month free trial. Because of this experience I will not be back in this store. I do not have confidence that employees understand the available options, or if they do, I find it questionable that they would offer to sell me a SIM card instead of pointing me to the free trial I asked about. And yes I could have checked the website first, but I would not have expected that employees would not know about any offering on the website. I hope this is a fair and reasonable review.

The most nasty , disrespectful staff ever. The store open, all on their own phone. I was 10 min and nobody realize I was waiting for service . The Manager doesn’t exist. Don’t come TMobile Village at the Peak never

Visiting from Canada; bought a SIM card here for travelling. Excellent service, short wait, fast & helpful when selecting which SIM is best. Big kudos to the staff; they are outstanding.

Their customer service is a complete joke. In store and over the phone. I would avoid this location at all cost. Employees don't know how to do their job. The worker helping me left in the middle of solving our problem because his shift was over. Extremely unprofessional

After the most infuriating and frustrating customer service experience over the phone with sprint care/tmobile, I visited this location and Jonah single handedly regained my trust as a customer. He went above and beyond with his customer service, provided the help I needed, and added additional comfort to calm my frustration. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable on the tmobile policies and procedures. Being out of town, this was exactly what I needed. If it were feasible I would drive cross country to work with Jonah for all my future purchases. Highly recommend.

The staff here are in desperate need of an attitude adjustment asap. I’ve been to this location twice now with questions and have left with no answers and a bad experience. They clearly hate their jobs and don’t want to work. These are the only T-Mobile employees that I’ve encountered with terrible customer service, everyone else at other stores and on the phone have been amazing! I’ll just go to a different location from now on. It’s out of my way, but the location in Loveland has friendly staff.

Called in to pick up an Apple Watch Ultra. Drove over and waited 20Minutes in the queue. Finally Brian helped me and confirmed the watch was in stock but would not help me any further as I didn’t have my physical ID on me. They don’t take CO digital ID or anything else to prove who you are. Frustrating.

This is the second time I've been to this location and the second time I've gotten an attitude from the employees just for walking in and having questions! The husky guy has been a j*** both times. I'm not going here anymore. The Loveland store has such a better staff and they are always friendly and helpful. I'll drive the 30 mins out of my way for better customer service.

Went in today to get a new phone. I was helped promptly by Carlos. He got me the perfect iPhone I wanted in the right capacity and color, helped me with the data transfer, got me a great trade in value on my old phone, and got me a new screen protector and case which he helped put on. Throughout the whole interaction he was polite, friendly, made conversation, and made me feel like a valued individual and not just a customer.I’ve shopped at this location and always had terrific service and Carlos reinforced why I continue to come to T Mobile and this location in particular.10/10 would recommendThank you
