I had come back through to correct an order that was messed up twice, and the manager (I assume it was) rully remade my order and was very delightful to interact with. Give that man a raise!!?

My sister went through the drive through tonight, ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos and a quesadilla. The employee charged her for the wrong amount (charged her over $50!), wouldn’t refund her because he claimed that my husband (who went in there with her to get the order corrected) was “being disrespectful” when he was just trying to help make the order right. Dude then tried to fight my husband in the middle of the dining area, despite my husband trying to deescalate the situation. Literally all that needed to be done was get refunded for the appropriate amount we were over charged and then we would have been on our merry way. Taco Bell should probably get their ish together and get this dude outta this location before something even more ridiculous happens with a customer and sues them.

Its my fault the order was wrong because i left a bag on the counter for the doordash driver assigned in the taco bell app. Manager at the window has a problem being wrong. And then having a customer in front hild the line up to protect you at the drive through. Give me break! Multiple missing iems and cant get a refund unless its mon to fri because thats the only time issues could possibly happen. Trash manager, and trash order preparers.

The last 4 times I’ve came here they’ve messed up my order when Juan isn’t there. Every time Juan is working everything’s on point but if he’s not there nobody seems to care. I didn’t get any sauce when I asked for it, they’ve forgot my cinnamon twists on multiple occasions, and there’s always a missing taco or I’ll get a different item than I ordered online so it’s not a communication issue. Seems like everyone just is on autopilot. Ive never felt the need to write a review before but this is getting out of hand. Shoutout to Juan though he’s the best.

Used drive through to get a box of 4 tacos and 4 burritos. Yummy ?Kid-friendliness: Very nice. Kids think quesodilla is a pizza.
