Got great customer service when I called about a potentially lost item. The young lady who answered the phone went above and beyond for me, even the item turned out to have been misplaced elsewhere. Also, the store is sparkling clean and very well stocked. Fantastic experience!

A typical Target, laid out well, well-stocked. The reason 4 not 5 stars is that customer service was lacking when interacting with employees, no salutations.

Even though it's a far location for me, I love coming to this Target. It has EVERYTHING! You can easily find things, the associates are friendly, and the guest services team is always speedy. Haven't had any problems with the store every time I've came.

this place has clothes all over the floor. we were looking for kids shorts and we couldn't figure out where they were because there were kids clothes in the adult and adult clothes in the kids. there were even workers in the isles and they didn't seem to be doing anything about the clothing. we were also looking for womans shoes and we could barley move through all the clothing and shoes on the floor. the isles we all very narrow which also didn't help. not many options for anything we were looking for and nothing satisfied is. very plane and employees were not able to fully help us understand where stuff was, they just pointed to where it should be.

I wish that the customer service here had more common sense but that's asking a lot.Pros-Basic Target where you can get basic necessities-Clean storeCons-Customer service is generally unhelpful and reactive as opposed to proactive-I use the drive up service and time and time again they bring multiple items out without putting the items in bags. There is a severe lack of common sense with some of the staff here

My only complain is the pharmacy!! It used To be good until about 6 months ago. Now, it's an absolute nightmare and I had enough and moved all of my rx's to Walgreens. No matter what time you try to call or how many times you try or how long you wait for someone to answer, they don't Anymore. The pharmacy app is useless. I'm disabled yet have to go into the store and In line for at times nearly an hour only to get to the counter to be asked if I want them filled. No, I don't want them filled. My doctor just sent them in because she was bored. So then I have to wait longer. They have staff that have no real knowledge of the English language so you end up having to repeat yourself multiple times To get anything correct. They refuse to call doctors for refills like they used to. My diabetic testing supplies needed a preauthorization and instead of getting that that wanted me to pay out of pocket for them. NO WAY!! Do YOUR JOBS and get my pre auth!!! I don't have the money to pay anything out of pocket because they're lazy and understaffed!!!! And heaven forbid you try to complain. They don't like hearing how bad they suck now. The man in front of me that last time I was there told off the pharmacy manager Stine having the exact same complaints as everyone else in the mile long Line. it's really pathetic for a pharmacy to get as bad as they did. All of my auto refills stopped. My card on file for delivery stopped. They have forgotten to order medications for me. They never have certain meds in stock. I've waited 5 days to get meds that I was supposed to have the next day. And then you get attitude from them. If you're that short staffed hire more people. I'm a cancer patient. I'm sorry but I'm not waiting a week to get meds that you forgot to order. Bye bye CVS. You were once so good to me/us But you won't be missed!!!!

The pharmacy left me a generated message four days ago that it was filling my prescription. I called this morning to confirm it was ready and the computer stated it was still in process. I requested to talk to a pharmacist and I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called back a few hours later and the same thing happened, this time I was on hold for 30 minutes. I finally went and stood in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. So i shopped and then came back in 30 minutes and stood in line for another 20 before finally getting it. As I was waiting in line one of the techs was talking over the counter telling a customer not to listen to the generated messages, that they aren't accurate and haven't been for over 6 months. Needless to say, I'm switching my scripts to Amazon!

Loved that I was followed around the store not only by the security lady, but also a gentleman dressed in regular clothes that frankly creeped me out as he bobbed and weaved in and out of the isles staring at me and jerking his head back faster than a fully tuned Z71. I couldn't tell if maybe they thought I was stealing something as I pondered brainlessly at the items in the store, as one does when they go to a store with no real list of what to get. I have also come to conclusion that I may just be irresistibly sexy causing eyes of the employees to be stuck to me stronger than the bond of gorilla glue. Overall Nancy Drew and Undercover Sherlock Holmes scare people at your store as it has be said in a couple of reviews so far. Will not be shopping here anymore

Geez Target. When the heck did you become Walmart in terms of service? Train your people, please. The 'self-checkout' wouldn't scan my avocados and the attendant 16-year-old could not for the life of her figure out how to get things scanned. 5 minutes (I kid you not) she figured it out. Never once called for help. Then, when I used cash and was due about $9+ in change, it actually spit out 3 dollars and change. Like an idiot, I didn't count it until I got home (just stuck it in my pocket) because what automated cash dispensing machine can't do it right in 2020? TARGETS can't that's who's. Try going back into a store and claiming it didn't give you the right change. Not. I might as well shop at friggin Walmart. Same crappy service, better prices.

Target lashes out against black folk who don't fit the "status quo" was in there today watching them follow me around as if I was going to steal. Followed me and watched me in the board game section, as if I would steal a bulky boxed game. Then proceeded too follow another black individual who was trying to buy something. Hiding around corners talkiing through radio as if the man were to steal something. Yet majority of people walk around without a trail. Really disappointed in target staffing and there view on minorities. Would not recommend people of color to shop at the longmont target..

Christmas madness is right! I know it's my fault for even considering to enter a Target on Christmas Eve but I had to get a few last minute items. Luckily my goal was completed but I'm giving Target a 3 star rating. The shelves were empty but did have employees slowly replacing the items. I went there for 8 year old girl clothes and was disappointed with what was left. The self check outs were crazy and long lines existed. There were only 3-4 actual checkouts open but enough people for at least 6. I ended up going to Custoner Service to check out. Not sure if they have enough staff for that but I did have to wait longer than expected. I'm one of the patient people but can become inpatient if I think the wait time is a bit much or could be avoided. Thank you for all the staff that was working their Christmas Eve for all of us that leave things until last minute. My rating is just based on this visit. I love Target and the quality of their items. Much better than spending our hard working money at Walmart. Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

Decent store. Kinda dated. Nice wide aisles that are not cluttered with displays and end caps. Unfortunately, the staff there are pretty grubby overall. Seems the people doing the hiring are not at all concerned with appearance or personal hygiene. Pretty clean store, though. But a few of the staff are quite off-putting.
