I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Dash for their outstanding kindness and incredible customer service. Every time we visit Target, whether for a quick checkout inside or a Drive Up order, Dash is always such a joy to interact with. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about making each experience a positive one.
There was an issue with one of our drive up orders recently and Dash was, as always, so helpful in getting it solved.
I just appreciate them so much! I hope they get a promotion… it’s people like this that should be in charge!

I’m tired of having cashiers DEMAND TO SCAN my ID for non alcohol purchases like canned air when I’m pushing 60! The gig workers who can’t even look at the ID to verify age and behave like robots. What adult in their late 50s is walking around with a fake ID? NONE! I’m old enough to be their grandparent! BUT THEY MUST SCAN IT BECAUSE OF OBTUSE AND IDIOTIC POLICIES! Target refuses to disclose what they do with customer’s info when they scan an ID. Also, they block my VPN. Target’s hunger for customer data is out of control! I’ve been a very loyal customer throughout all of their political scandals and breaches. But, this is a bridge too far for me. Target deserves to continue their downward slide into oblivion. Deleting the app immediately!

I was forced to run thru the target to replace a damaged food product at 6 months pregnant because none of the workers wanted to help me. It was close to closing but I think that's awful customer service.

hey all….DO NOT purchase vinyls here. they’ll sell you warped, defective, damaged ones
then only give store credit for the return of said records. bad service, Target. bad service.

Pro tip: If paying cash, DO NOT USE SELF CHECKOUT. The machine does not accurately recognize coins and bills. The attendant cannot help solve the problem. The attendant doesn’t believe customers. The manager takes forever to arrive and help. This problem with cash at self checkout has happened to me personally three times. Unfortunately, the machine always wins, even when it is wrong. I’ve never had the same problem at King Soopers self checkout.

Had to call on 3 phones just to get ahold of someone. When max in electronics answered he hung up on me twice. Finally was able to get ahold of a lead, who should be a manager, Mangas. He found our lost items and is making sure we get them.

Literally just went to get Cinna waffles and decided to browse a little with my wife to see what new stuff they got, and my wife and I are pretty well off, however we dress extremely comfortably and hippy style, yet two different employees followed us through out the store and then even after we paid as we were walking from the register to the exit my wife stopped to see what kinda pizzas the pizza hut up front had made and I swear the actual loss prevention dude stopped what he was doing and started speed walking to beat us to the door like my wife was gonna snatch a pizza and run, I have absolutely had it with them judging us on our close and I will start recording them!

Today in one stop I was able to get some nice bathroom towels I needed, a greeting card, a few groceries I needed and a Starbucks gift card! Very productive trip! And happy with the quality of my new towels. Very comfortable shopping with extremely pleasant staff.

After helping setup the venue, I realized I was visiting for a wedding. I accidentally left my pants at home. I had a little over an hour before the ceremony, and this Target was the closest store to where we were (21 minutes away.) I rushed to the store, grabbed a pair of pants, and quickly walked towards the fitting room. There was a big group of teenage girls in the fitting room and they were taking a while, causing a line to form. I found an employee and they directed me to a manager named Stephanie. I explained my predicament, and she accommodated me incredibly well. I managed a retail store for 10 years, and currently run a bank. I can say Stephanie handled the situation exactly as I’d hope any of my staff would. Shoutout to her!

The cashiers at this Target are the friendliest and most helpful around; a cut above the local competitors! The quality food selection is always well-stocked and fresh too.
